Now we updated theme Motors to 5.0.9 and on single car page two buttons stop works: Test Drive, Offer Price
When we click on these two buttons, so page is little gray as in version 5.0.8, but nothink showed (no contact form).
Please, can you help, and write me, how we can fix it, thank you.
Now we tryed disable Offer Price button, and left activated only button Test Drive and button Test Drive works. So now we left on website enabled only button Test Drive. But will be good, if someone from Motors Team look on it and give tip, how we can fix button Offer Price, because we using this button on website.
PS we tryed second option disabled Test Drive, and left on website enabled only button Offer Price, but button Offer Price still not works. So must be some bug in this button.

We have updated all plugins, theme etc on last version.
You can look on one our car, for example: https://karavantravel.cz/prodej/eura-mobil-activa-one-650-hs-emao650hs745643/Few days back with version Motors 5.0.8 all works without problem, now in Motors 5.0.9 this button not works.
When is enabled button Trade Offer button, so this button + button Test Drive not work. And when we disable Trader Offer button, so Test Drive works.
After upgrade to 5.0.9 we left enabled only Test Drive button, is better working one button than nothing. So now for you, we enabled both buttons on our website, so you can look. This problem appeared after upgrade from 5.0.8->5.0.9
Now we found where was bug, button OfferPrice works. So please sorry that we wrote here. Now is all ok in 5.0.9.

You can disable breadcrumbs directly in the Page Options section of single listings. It isn’t possible to display breadcrumbs globally through settings.

1. Sure, you’ll need to set up the special extension that comes with the Subscriptio plugin. It works only with PayPal gateway to automatic payments.
2. The subscription plans work through WooCommerce. We used the Subsciprtio plugin for that. You can read more about the plugin here.

Hello please I’m having issues with Aircraft version. The logo doesn’t display anymore, and the aircraft type doesn’t display in 2 row like it should but display as a list now. The issues started after the last updates.

There seems to be a bug on STM ALL IMPORT ADD-ON. I am not importing images, I upload them manually. ISSUE: Whenever I run a new import all cars keep their featured image but loose the image gallery. Tried everything, remove all options related to images, created new imports but everytime it removes all images in gallery of each and every car! Then I tested with IMPORT ADD-ON deactivated and the issue does not occur so I figure the issue is in the add-on. Please advise.

I can confirm that there is no bug with images in the STM WP All Import Add-on plugin. Ensure that your images come with unique names or ids.

Please read what I said more carefully. Because I am not importing images, the issue is that STM ALL IMPORT ADD-ON removes previously images uploaded to car posts in each run of the import. I don’t have image information on the import, I deactivate the options to update images, I even configured the import to just update specific fields (excluding image fields) and even so running the import will remove image gallery for each car updated. This does not happen just using WP ALL IMPORT with this ADD-ON deactivated. To put this in another way: How can you replicate this? You import some car database, then upload several images manually to each car, then you run the import again (to update changes in price and other fields) and you will see that for each car that was updated, your image gallery is gone, all you have left is featured image. I tried this in a different instalation and got the same result.
Sorry for the misunderstandings. We have detected a conflict in the STM WP All Import add-on plugin. Our developers are working on the fix now. Once everything will be fixed the new version of the plugin will be available in the Motors documentation.

Hello, is it possible to turn off the option for users to register and add vehicles? I would like to use the theme for Dealers around the country ONLY, and not end users. We want to provide Dealerships with login details to add vehicles, but do not want random end users to register and add vehicles, only the dealers themselves.

That kind of integration requires building the theme from scratch. We can not afford this at this moment. We are working on improvements to the core functionality of Motors Layouts.
The Old Tabs element is used in the demo listings and it isn’t required. You can use the Tabs element for your custom listings. The theme design is applied to both of those elements.

Ok thank for the answer! But as example: I am currently using the “DEALERSHIP ONE” template for a client. But this customer would like the vehicle records to be those of “DEALERSHIP TWO”, “CLASSIFIED LISTING FIVE” or “CLASSIFIED LISTING SIX”. How can I use the dealership one template while using the vehicle records from another template? Because I don’t see an option on how to simply import the vehicle master template without importing the entire template from another template.

The Motors theme is layout sensitive since each layout contains a unique structure and complex functionality. Therefore, it isn’t possible to use modules from one layout while using the backend functionality of another one.

This is th default functionality of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. You need to edit your listings and apply the custom template manually. The settings in the page builder plugin can not change the data in the database tables globally.

That link is generated by the inventory filter and it supports only such kind of URL structure. Therefore, it isn’t possible to change the breadcrumbs URLs.

I’ve noticed here recently that my logo that I uploaded isn’t showing up, just plain text shows. I’m not sure if an update may have changed it or what. I tried to upload different photos in the logo area, but nothing changed. Suggestions?

Some customers reported the same problem here. In most cases problem relates to the cache plugin or combination of the cache and SEO plugins. So please deactivate those kinds of plugins and upload your logo once again. After, turn on the plugins and clear the cache.
If you are using WordPress.com hosting, you’ll need to check the SEO settings in the JetPack plugin.

We had a few customers with that kind of issue and the only possible solution is clearing the cache or cache + SEO combination. Since the problem isn’t at the code level of the theme.
