Hi, I just updated my theme to the newest version. My website was almost completely finished, but now it doens’t show my content anymore on some pages. It’s about: https://wico.kayleighroelofs.nl/non-paint-producten. All pages with sidebars won’t show the content. In the backend everything is there, but it isn’t shown. Before the update everything worked perfectly well. I don’t have support left. Could you help me?

I am checking this at my end and I can see the site is loading well. Temp Video here. Your issue appears to be more of a cache issue. I would request you please purge any browser/plugin cache and check the content in an incognito/private mode of your browser

Hello We are getting 404 errors, because of ?portfolioCats= is there any ways to have avada not automatically add this in end of URLs?

In Avada, such a URL is generally followed by a category name or used for browsing between the same category. We are unable to see a similar issues on our setups.

We have not officially tested our theme with Elementor as we have our own Avada Builder that you can use to generate and edit pages as well as our custom layouts using the layout builder.

You can definitely customize each and everything related to Avada in this case starting from Footer and header both by customising them via our Layout Builder, however regarding the Elementor we have not checked this with our theme as we have our own page builder called Avada Builder which you can use to generate and edit pages.

Hello,
I have bought the theme some years ago and never used it on an online website, just locally to test the theme.
Now I want to use on a website and I’m getting a message saying that the purchase code is already in use in another staging domain.
Is there anything that I can do to renew my purchase code or find out in what domain its been used?

Yes, that is definitely possible, with our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3nxxFU2

It would be great if Avada had some sort of developer bulk buying program. Currently I use Avada for all installs… and the theme has come along way from the old days. And I’m all about them getting per domain costs…but help the people that helped you get famous.

This theme isn’t working well with my system. For some reason basic functions like changing theme colors or displaying menus will not work. Is there a way to get a refund?

I am not interested in any further troubleshooting. The builder does not work well. It has been incredibly frustrating to use.
I do not like the product and would simply like a refund.

Good morning! I tried to update my theme this morning to the altest version and i got an error.
Warning: require_once(/home4/r91991indi/public_html/wp-content/themes/Avada/includes/lib/fusion-library.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/r91991indi/public_html/wp-content/themes/Avada/includes/bootstrap.php on line 20Wordpress went into recovery mode and it deactivated the theme. I tried to go and see if i can re’activate as it seem all content is online and the theme is not there anymore. I checked the server and ther ei can see the folder with the Avada theme. I opened aticket support already and i was curios if is something i can do to fix this on my own.

Pre-Purchase Question: Does your theme offer a content slider? I can’t seem to find anything that will allow you to build slides from columns and different elements, only your Avada Slider that has predefined inputs.

The Avada slider is not a content based slider. However, we do bundle the rev slider that does allow the user to include some dynamic content (columns are present not in the way a page builder has)
