On the Laptop mobile view of the website, the footer is aligned but actually on the mobile devices totally footer of the homepage or contact page is totally misaligned. We don’t have added any CSS code regarding the footer. Let me guide how to remove custom CSS to align the footer on mobile view ??

can not connect to your server to update the porto plugin and it is causing a fatal error on my site.. My host deactivated it and I want to reinstall it but i need to be sure there is no issue so my site doesnt crash again

You can set these options from Porto >> Theme Options >> Menu as per your requirements as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/R3mPQ8bb and you can set the toggle icon with it using Custom CSS.
And sorry to say that but the toggle will always shows the Main Menu, so you have to create another Menu and set it as Secondary Menu, after that set Main Menu as Toggle Menu Sidebar and Secondary at the place of Main Menu and it will work for you.

Not only on the home page, but if you change the size of the product images then it will also change/reflect on Shop/Category pages as well, and our theme does not have any influence on it, those setting are coming from WP-Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images: https://postimg.cc/zHTkPphd

Sorry, maybe I wasn’t clear – the grey box underneath the menu on the right labelled “Find a product” on your demo site at this link – https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop20/ doesn’t filter any results.
My official support has expired but it’s not a problem with MY site specifically – the product filter on YOUR demo site link I posted above also does not work, which means it’s an issue with the theme template. I wanted to bring it to your attention in hopes that a theme update will sove the issue.

After that go to the home page and edit the home page and scroll down to the bottom and paste the below CSS code in the custom CSS box to solve your issue. you can check-in video how it works after doing this procedure.

It seems that you have imported one page builder demo and created/edited the posts using another page builder and you can not use multiple page builders at the same time, otherwise both will conflict, so you have to reset the WP and reimport the Demo with one page builder only and it will work for you…

Yes, you are right, you have to use the RAW HTML option to add a video from the media library (mp4 Format) to a page as there is no such element in the WP Bakery page builder for it, WP Bakery provides (Video) element with which you can only put/use the Youtube and Vimeo videos…
