Just bought the theme, ask me for the code, once I enter the code and press active the page go blank. No activation happen, I needed to work inmediatly in a project. I start to think was a bad choice my purchase, never happened this before with other themes.

Hello please can you help me understand this on the Premier League Table if we use the default option in the point table style where all the fields is what we require in the detailed layout then the order is messed up but if I use the sidebar style where only the Won Lost and Points is display as a shortened version on the point table style it seems to order it better but not actually correct because if you take the goal difference with the teams two team with the same amount of points should display in the right order but taking the goal difference into consideration in terms of position in the ranking.
Please advise if there is a fix for this.

PS. The site is looking better every day but as we seem to update the contents with the latest points scores games and posts little minor glitches come up.

Hello, I want to translate positions of the players in carousel (ex. Slide3 Carousel on homepage). No positions are able to translate but there are Custom position. According to the code, this should take the Custom position if i set default on Select Player Postion…. but is not working.

Hello, I am very disappointed that I have an issue with the league point table not displaying the entries in the right order and have asked for support through the support ticket system but have got very vague answers and it did not solve my problem. Its now two weeks gone and I have even provided full administrator access to my site and received a reply last week that it was weekend and that I would get sorted out on Sunday last week. It is now Thursday and the next Sunday is coming and have sent further emails but NO HELP. My client is now demanding a refund because I cannot sort out the issue. This poor support of yours has now put me in an embarrassing situation. The refund is not the issue but it show that we are incompetent and cannot support the work we produce while we rely on online support from our theme developers. You will probably reply to say that you have replied to my ticket, YES you have but the issue is not sorted out as yet. SO WHATS THE STORY are you going to sort it out as I am still in my support period. THIS IS EXTREMELY URGENT ! Please we need better service than this ?
Seriously I think maybe it will be better for me to get a REFUND and we could then buy an alternative theme that works. So very disappointing after all the time spent working on the site and almost being there but unfortunately there is NO REAL SUPPORT provided despite being within the support time frame. Will definitely NOT EVER recommend this theme or developer to anyone. So disappointing that I have to now look for outside support. Maybe you should just be honest and say that you are unable to fix the issue so we can move on, Why delay and waste everyone’s time by just being silent. Surely the problem wont just go away !!!!!!!!
Just so everybody knows it is NOT 2 days that I am waiting but two weeks after sending numerous emails to the support team. Sounds like a bunch of scammers who will wait for the support to expire and then say that we need to renew the support for assistance.

NO STRESS – I have engaged a FREELANCER to resolve my issue. It is now working, Just disappointed that even with a support contract in place that I had to go and get outside help after waiting for more than two weeks. I actually should not have trusted your support team to resolve my issue and went straight ahead and got external support despite the extra cost as this would have saved me from all the embarrassment plus I would have actually had a happier client.. Serious man you guys need to improve your support !

Yeah thanks, problem resolved, but only style 4 of the RS Squad Showcase is clickable to each player profile. Hope this will be resolved in the next update.
