Hello. I updated my website with the newest rollout, but WP Bakery still needs to be updated. Can you add the newest WP Bakery Plugin to next rollout? Right now the bundle has version 6.6. The latest version is 6.7 and I keep getting update notifications.
Also, I’ve been trying to add videos to my media gallery. I use Vimeo, but it’s not populating on the front end.
Lastly, the “Next Matches” slider on the homepage is not visible on my page, since the last WP update.

First of all, pay attention to the video URL. I used URL without this part ”?h=a04f47b7f3”. You need to select the Video option and put a video URL. Also, you need to add a featured image and publish the media gallery. Those are all the required steps.
Moreover, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and core plugins.

Hello, we made a website using your theme and Sportpress PRO. Unluckly for us, the license of Envato just expired and we weren’t be able to update the theme to the latest version. Now we have an error with the player carousel not showing up (there is a long white empty space at its place) with the 5.8 WP version that need some fixing so may I ask you: - the latest version (4.3.3) does indeed fixes this problem? - do we need to renew the licence or are we bound to buy a new one to update the theme?

The latest version of the theme (4.3.3) is compatible with WordPress 5.8. However, the problem you mentioned wasn’t on our bug list, therefore, we can’t claim that the update will fix this issue.
You do not have to purchase a new license to get theme updates. You need to just activate the theme via the correct token key to receive updates from the WordPress dashboard. The theme comes with the Free version of the SportsPress plugin and it is fully compatible with the theme.
Since we use WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer), there shouldn’t be issues with its extensions.
We didn’t test other plugins with the Splash theme. Some of them may require custom styles to meet the theme design.

Looks like lightbox.js is affecting what click on images does regardless where they came from. I am trying to use “Photonic Gallery & Lightbox for Flickr” images with the theme. I turned Lightbox off in Photonic so when I mouse over a Flickr image that is displayed on a page it does indeed point (source) to Flickr. However, when I click on that image it does not open it in Flickr, instead a small “loading “overlay comes up and never displays anything. I looked at event listeners and it is /splash/assets/js/lightbox.js that causes it – when I remove it, the click event works fine and opens an image in Flickr . Is there anything I can do here so the click works as intended ?

Since you are using a third-party plugin that wasn’t listed in the compatibility plugins list, we can not guarantee the proper work of the plugin features in the theme. Seems there is a conflict between the theme and plugin scripts. You can try to use another plugin or include custom modifications to the theme.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a solution for now.

I have and still having the same problem today. Theme is updated but wpbakery did not update as others mentioned.
