Theme fully support popular booking plugins: BookMe and Booked. Such plugins do not envisage license type that we can include in theme. You need to buy in separately or use a free pop-up form to get the information from the client.

1. Our theme is build with the Elementor page builder.
2. You’ll need Elementor Pro to build your custom navigation, you will need to create a custom header with the promo top bars. To add search feature to the header you will need to customise the code of the theme. There is no such feature by default.
3. You can build such block using Elementor, it is possible to insert a video and to autoplay and loop it.
4. The product page is created using WooCommerce template. It is possible to change it only through code customisation. You can change the title “Related products” though. You have a couple of options here, override the single-product/related.php template and change it in there https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/ Or use a translation plugin like Loco Translate and change the text via that.
5. All these is also possible only through code customisation. By default our theme does not provide such functionality.

Maybe my question is silly but I have no experience in WP themes and Elementor.. I would like to get a main page similar to “Beauty Salon” demo, but i don’t need blocks like “Shop” and “Gift cards”, and want to rearrange the order of other blocks. Also i would like to add some custom block with additional text. Is it all possible to do?
Additionally: For a website with multi languages handled by Polylang, where I will see the language switch, is it possible to change it’s position?

The theme is compatible with the Elementor page builder, which makes it easy to edit the page content, reshuffle blocks or delete them. To remove any block on the home page you will need to open the page in Elementor editor and delete it, please see the screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/6hl3x0mia1s1pdb/Screenshot%202021-10-20%20at%2011.21.45.png?dl=0 To rearrange the order of the blocks, you will need to drag and drop each block to the desired position on the page. By default, the position of the Polylang language switch will be in the navigation menu. You’ll be able to change the position only through code customization.

Hello I recently purchased this theme~ I have noticed some strange behaviors on Safari. The parallax image on several of the pages, namely the service menu for the massage demo and I think the team page for the beauty demo, seems to glitch out when scrolling. Also, when navigating back from a blog entry to a category page, the page remains blank (or with the loading logo), as opposed to showing the entries for the category. I’ve seen this on your demo website as well as my local installation.
Is this something you could please look into? If it helps, I’m on a Mac, running macOS 11.5.2, and Safari 14.1.2.

Hello, I am having trouble finding the documentation that identifies the parent theme to load with the Cherie child theme I purchased. Is there an overview of the process somewhere to upload the Cherie child theme into WordPress?

In the zip folder you’ve downloaded after the purchase you have: cherie.zip (parent theme), cherie-child.zip (child theme), documentation, demo-install and licensing folders. In case if you wish to work with the child theme, you have to upload your parent theme, after that you have to upload and active your child theme. Here you can see the tutorial on how to install the theme https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNjT4gLCVG8 In the video we install and activate parent theme only, but in your case you will need to install both parent and child themes (the installation process is the same for both themes) and activate your child theme. It says the system requirements for the Cherie theme are a PHP limit of at least 180. Currently I am using a shared hosting platform that has a PHP limit of 30. Will this affect the performance or accessibility of the site? I am still researching whether it is possible to increase the PHP limit with the hosting provider.

Hi, I recommended this theme to client (and bought it) and now it turns out that the booked plugin is not included. Yes, I had to read the full documentation but to include it in a demo was for me misleading. Please demo only the plugins that are included or mention it in the demo.

The theme is compatible with the plugin Booked, you can learn more about its functionality here and for more information on how to use the plugin with our theme, please see the documentation section 13.Plugin Booked b. Unfortunately the theme does not support RTL c. yes, the theme supports wpml/polylang d. the theme is updated regularly to be compatible with the latest versions of all plugins and we add functionality that is often requested by our clients.
