Hello, I have bought this 6 months ago and my support just expired. The theme was never installed until few days ago as we had setbacks. I cannot run cardealer setup. It says my product key is expired. The product key (License) is to last until the life of the theme as the envato rules state. How come my product key is expired if it is currently not even installed on any website?

Currently, we have fixed it on our demo, and in the theme too.
2. But, you can customize the theme’s template in the child theme to reposition it.
