In LMS General Settings, Logged In Menu, Profile Menu Dropdown tutorial…this tutorial link is dead. Can you pls direct me to a tutorial where I can learn about how to reset this ?
Because, after the update, the Profile dropdown links are showing some unrelated pages.

You must be using version 3, becuase in WPLMS v4 the logged in and Profile menu are converted to regular WP menus. Please post on wplms.io/support and we will check this asap.

when you assign certificate or test certificate, everytime a new certificate is generated and stored in the media folder.
suppose you test a course 10 times you get 10 certificates in media folder.
it is exausting memory.
generated certificate should update everytime. do not dupmicate redundant data .

So, it seems the memory exhausts while certificate generation and that causes the data not to be stored correctly. There is Image based certificates as well which you can try out.

I would like to find out from you if you can support other UI other than the UI currently being used by WPLMS v4.0.
I am looking at using your WPLMS App modules on a different UI or 3rd Party UI: VibeBp Version 1.6.0.4 and WPLMS Version 1.6.0.3.
The WPLMS App works much better than most LMS in the market but unfortunately, your UI on WPLMS v4 is totally broken.

We have followed all the steps as per the video and deleted the file package-lock.json as recommended but we are getting the same error.

Three weeks ago when you released WPLMS v4.099: “I am currently running WPLMS 4098 and if I am updating to WPLMS 4.099 the NavBar header breaks – reflecting an old header from the old theme not the current theme.”

Yes, the support shared their analysis header is not loading in your production site which is really strange, same set of plugins works perfectly in staging site. These issues are very specific to your site as we are not able to replicate in our test sites. We’ll be upload 4.098 in your site in few minutes as requested

The child theme was used on staging. But the same was not replicated on production.

Hello, As soon as we install the WPLMS theme our site becomes too slow even though there are only two connected users! How to fix this problem ? and can this theme support a large number of simultaneous users (thousands or tens of thousands)?
I replied in email. Enable No jQuery mode in WP admin – WPLMS – Misc.
Our problem is not supporting users. Our server seems capable to manage +100k users (its a 32 Go RAM / Intel R Xeon E 2236 CPU 3.4 GHZ).
Our problem is wherever we activate WPLMS Addons, we can no longer access the plugins page on our wordpress dashboard. We get a 504 bad gateway.
We are working on a Wordpress multisite and all other websites are working fine. We can access their plugins page via wordpress admin with no problem. Except the website with WPLMS installation…

Ok this is definitely a mid- configuration issue. Please turn off all caching plugins in server and then install it. Optionally just post a topic on wplms.io/support and we’ll set it up.

Pre-RENEWAL question - Previously used v3.x and holding off on v4.x until it is very solid for a potentially very large new site. I understand WPLMS v4.x is a WP THEME and PWA based.
Can I now use ANY page-builder plugin with WPLMS? Or must I use Elementor (which generated large page sizes in KB and loads much slower than other page-builders such as Oxygen, BeaverBuilder and Zion.
So, which page-builders can I use now? Which do you recommend (and why)? If I use Zion or BeaverBuilder, will it be problematic in any way? Thanks. 
Yes, in our upcoming update 4.1 , you can use ANY Page builder for creating content in WPLMS. We recommend Elementor because it is free but you can definitely use any page builder of your choice. The 4.1 update is the best time to upgrade from 3.9 as we have added an automated upgrader which takes care of all the things when you upgrade.

DEmo1 – demo10 are fully compatible with WPBakery. The WPLMS v4 is also fully compatible with WP Bakery. WP Bakery units can be initialised and run in PWA as well.
Demo Switcher – Not Working: WPLMS v4
I started with DEMO2 on WPLMS v4: https://demos.wplms.io/demos/demo2/
but I noticed that when I asked you to make a demo switch to LERING CENTER DEMO: https://demos.wplms.io/learningcenter/
all pages are still based on demo2 templates.
Under WPLMS v4.099 everything that was ever fixed in DEMO 2 is now broken again, and thus making the site not usable.

The demo switcher is meant for trying our different demos. It will not install all the pages of the demos, customizer, style changes and home page is applied. The menu remains the same, only home page o the demo is imported.
The footer as well, the demo switcher is unable to install the footer widgets.
Perhaps, it should be better if I do a complete migration – from demo 2 to learning center demo.
Would this migration works – having the entire content exported/imported to the new WPLMS v4 demo theme?
