If a company can message candidates and see all their resumes, then it won’t have to pay for a plan to post vacancies.
I want to buy this theme but if the resumes of all the candidates are PUBLIC AND FREE, the companies will not buy the plans to publish vacancies.
You can charge employers for posting Job Listings, and you can charge candidates for posting their Resumes.

Hi! I love your theme and I want to buy it, I have some questions:
1- I need to offer 2 types of jobs: full-time job (job listing) and freelancer with escrow (eg: UpWork), all in one place. In freelance jobs, can companies pay my website by escrow? I will save the money from the freelance work and pay it manually to the freelancer when the company authorizes it. I will deduct a commission percentage for this service.
1.1- Does this function exist? 1.2- If it doesn’t exist, how much would this development cost using an existing woocommerce escrow plugin?
2- Can I hide all employee profiles by default and lock their resumes so that no one can see them? I want companies to only be able to see the profiles and resumes of people who apply to their vacancy, companies can only see resumes of candidates who applied for the job.
3- When creating the plans that employers must pay, can I limit the number of resumes that I can receive? Ex: Plan A can only receive 10 resumes, Plan B 20 resumes …

That would be negative answer to all of those questions. Editing fields require additional plugin or changes in code. Demo sites uses all WPJM Core plugins so it’s 125$ per year for all of them

The plans are just for posting job listings or resumes, there are no plans to “view” resumes, you’d have to use 3rd party plugins from https://plugins.smyl.es/

We do but those are our custom solutions, it’s not compatible with that plugin
I opened a support ticket a couple of days ago through support tab with regard to product review snippet errors.

Last time you said you had some plugin that helped you with that. Try to remove file workscout/woocommerce/single-product/review.php, it will bring back the standard woocommerce review and should fix this problem, meanwhile I’ll try to update our template
Thanks for you reply, i have removed the file: workscout/woocommerce/single-product/review.php and it resolved some of the errors but i still have 2 errors left:
1. Missing field “ratingValue” 2. Missing field “itemReviewed”
Should i also remove the file: workscout/woocommerce/single-product/rating.php to resolve the above errors?
I need you to tell me if i should also remove that file or not before i do anything because i don’t want to remove a file i am not sure of.

Before i made the last comment i did not check my product page, i only did i quick test on google rich result testing.
I just checked my single product pages now and noticed that the review session look broken and ugly.
Removing the file fixed review schema markup issue but it ended up breaking customers reviews in the review tab. The text look clustered, ugly and un-formatted.
I did this on my staging site.
Please look into this.

Your woocommerce templates in review.php and rating.php are outdated for almost a year now. I think it’s high time you update those files to fix these numerous product review markup errors.
Other users may be using your theme for just job board but in my case woocommerce is a vital part of my site as the products in my store are my major monetizing scheme.
Please i am seriously waiting for you to release an urgent theme update to fix this issue.

Hello. I have a total mess with internal linking. Sett up: wp job manager + Yoast plugin + workscout theme
For categories, I’m using taxonomy pages. What I meant by mess: – all posted jobs linked to the home page – all posted jobs links to each existing category – expired and even moved to trash jobs still links to categories Even after the home page and categories pages were re-indexed.
Do you know what could be a root cause?

can you share link to your site? Have you tried going to Settings -> Permalinks and just saving the changes without changing anything? That clears permalink structure and usually fix such problems

I see now regular links and for example such link https://gamingjobs.in/job/game-designer-7/ opens a single job. If you had links like https://gamingjobs.in/?post_type=job_listing&p=548 means you didn’t have mod_rewrite enabled or htaccess file

We found the bug in your theme, the author archive and all taxonomy titles don’t show unless you install WooCommerce… we don’t use this on our site and once this is deactivated all headings for taxonomy disappears. Please check on your site to confirm this and provide a fix as we don’t want to be dependant on having woocommerce installed – thanks

WP v5.8.1 + WorkScout v2.1.05 the customiser option buttons (on/off) are not working. Tested on a clean install with only the theme plugins and both client and server caches cleared. Can you look into this, thanks.

There might have been some images in slider or homepage that were linked to our site by Setup Wizard if you imported demo content, but those are demo images and you are supposed to replace them with your own images, and that wouldn’t make your site “down”, it would just not displayed them. If you’re site is not accessible it means that something else went wrong.
Yeah I guess it is not technically down if you want to play with words, but for all practical purposes, nobody is going to pay income to a site with huge 404 image problems. I’ll sort it out.

The free version of WP Job Manager allows for listing jobs and job submissions, If you want to have resumes, application, bookmarks, job alerts and other features you can see on a demo, you should buy the license for Core Add-on Bundle for 125$. Dashboard for Candidates requires Resume Manager. Dashboard for Employers is in free WPJM
