You need to install the basic and free version of Elementor. There is no need to purchase Elementor Pro in order to create pages you saw on our demo sites.

Even though our support has expired we would like to report a bug / problem with the template. We cannot (without the help of code on the <header>) change the favicon of the website.
Tried many different things without any luck, please kindly check for any bug associated with the favicon for future iterations and updates of the theme.

We are using default WordPress favicon option so it should works as you can see on our demo sites as well.
Please navigate to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Icon. You should be able to upload your favicon image from there.

hello, want to buy this theme. Saw some site with this theme (demo 5). But I found if I refresh page, menu items are sorted by other way.
example: first visit: Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp with Garlic Lamb-Beef Kofka Skewers with Tzatziki Pork with Italian Salsa Verde Imported Oysters Grill (5 Pieces)

Let the orders from x street go to the admin panel open on x street. Orders from Y street go to the open admin panel on y street. Is this possible?

I’ve been using this theme for a long time but now I have stumbled upon a problem I cannot solve (and I can’t create a ticket without buying the theme again…)
All my pages goes white with the latest version. But only in desktop resolution, smaller @media and it works just fine.
Is it possible to download previous version? That version worked great.

This pages for example is only visible in above 960px for some reason. But only with the latest version of the theme, older ones works great.

It might some script conflict with other plugins you are using so I recommended custom CSS code to fix it for you.

Hello, I have a problem installing the theme. I bought it in March. I just downloaded it and try to instal it. I/m stuck installing the revolution slider plugin. I get this message: Plugin-install Failed:
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Revolution Slider is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
But the Minimum required version: 6.5.8 and that one is also Available. I’m fully aware my support has endid. But I did just downloaded the files and started working on the theme.

we’ve been using this theme for a long time without issues, but since the last update we can no longer edit pages. Pages now have the option to be edited in “Classic” (breaks the layout) “Elementor” (also breaks the page layout) and “Content Builder” (original editor), but instead of having the the page layout editor, all fields have been converted to Custom Fields and are completely non-editable on the backend.

Revolution slider plugin pro is not required in order to create and edit demo slider. The pro version is optional if you want to get the plugin’s advanced features ex. automatic update, slider templates etc.

Technically importing demo contents are multiple processes which download media files from demo server to your server.
So there is no zip file to install demo contents but you can import them via Theme Setting > Demo Import remotely from our demo server.

As you may know the import from your reference link is not working properly.
I just import this demo at https://themes.themegoods.com/grandrestaurantv6/demo10 and, as you can see the result from my site at http://superestaurant.mygreatway.com/ there are so many images missing and most of the links included menu, store, reservation … are just pointing to your site instead to my site. This is not good.
Why not add the demo data file in the same zip files we download from themeforest web site for the theme installation? This will be useful to import data manual without interaction or keeps bothering you or wasting my time contacting you on same issue.
The decision to buy a theme is base on the information you guys provided/published from where you sell those themes. If you say one click demo import need to be one click demo import but, base on experience I already try to import demo data more than 10 times with no success.

Could you please try to clear Elementor cache via WordPress Dashboard > Elementor > Tools > General > Regenerate CSS & Data to see if it fixes the issue as well?
Hello ThemeGoods, Great theme so far! I’m using it with Elementor Pro. Anyway, I tried to add the “menu cart widget” from Elementor Pro to the header but it doesn’t open the cart popup/side menu as expected. However, when I disable the “Grand Restaurant Theme Elements for Elementor” Plugin, the menu cart functionality works just fine and opens up the popup/side menu when clicked. When both of the “Elementor Pro” and “Grand Restaurant Theme Elements for Elementor” is enabled, clicking on the menu cart icon doesn’t do anything.
Can you suggest how I can resolve this issue?
