Hi, I use TranslatePress with Porto and want to add the language switch to the top menu. Is there any option to add the shortcode for the language switch of TranslatePress [language-switcher] to the porto header builder? Or is it possible to link the language switch of TranslatePress to the Porto language switch? Best regards

I am sorry but I am unable to inspect and check the code on your site that where you have set that Facebook or footer, because you have set the security for inspect on your site.

Normally Footer comes from Appearance >> Widgets >> Footer Widgets, If you have set from there, then you have to look it there and finds and change the URL.

OR

If you have set the Footer using Footer Template Builder then you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Footer and edit the Custom Footer from there and finds and change the Facebook URL from there…

Just quick question, wasnt using this theme for a while, now got project and tried to install it on vps where i got root, and its fast Ryzen cpu with OpenLitespeed ubuntu and cyber panel, php limits way higher then recommended, all green, php 7.4 ubuntu 20.04, and my phoblem is when import any DEMO it looks broken, dark theme is white, top menu is messed up, whole content is messed up. Is there better pdf that used to be in this theme, there was better explanation of post install theme options. What Im missing that DEMO is messed up? Would appreciate quick tip

How can we display image of selected attribute in single and archive page ? I use the YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations plugin, in Premium version. So i have the variation in archive page but when i choose a variation i would like to change the thumbnail.

Actually, no need to use any third-party plugin our theme has this option. let me tell you, first of all you have to enable the this option from the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archive then enable the “Show Color / Image swatch” option and save settings see image: i.is.cc/x3FdR0A.png then edit a product and in the variation settings add the attributes then set the variation with image like the image: i.is.cc/x3LUa62.png once you done with the variations save them and then open the swatches option and set the image like this: i.is.cc/x3RyGHO.png then save the product and check back your site shop/product page result will be look like this: i.is.cc/x3WuisS.png I hope you understand.

Hey there. Great job with the theme. All ok apart from one thing. In the archive page (or any product) you actually need to click 2 times do enter the product. One click shows another picture (that you can deactivate) and the second click opens de product page. My question is, that’s any chance to open the single product in one click alone? I’ve been looking non-stop and can’t figure out.

Hi, I am looking for a woocommerce theme that has a filter that filters by stock. I am currently using a theme from woodmart: https://www.babyceremony.sk/product-category/chlapec-2/ Which has a filter that does not filter by stock: As you can see in the video I filtered the shirt size “92” I marked it in stock but the filtered product was no longer in stock size 92

No, sorry to say that but our theme does not have such a filter by stock, you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

Unfortunately, we have not tested any of the third-party plugins for this reason with our theme so we are unable to suggest you on it…

Yes, I already watched your video, but the main issue is that the filters are coming from the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin which is bundled with our theme and it does not provide the functionality to filter by stock, so this is not possible with our theme, you have to try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

How do you remove the limit of the Porto Product Categories showing only 12?

1. How fast do you reply support tickets? 2. Will you continue to update the theme in the following years or it may be descontinued? 3. I have a website that mixes regular pages + a main ecommerce component whose checkout ends by sending an order (but not paying it) – is Porto appropriate for this? I intend to use the theme for this website, as the prior theme is no longer receiving updates and everything that we need to do is problematic. 4. My current website has some plugins that were added for extra functionality (extra sidebars, extra checkout fields, internatiol phone number field with validation, product brands, product filters and sidebars, whatsapp chat…) – how can I check if they are compatible with Porto?

2. We will provide the update of the theme for the lifetime.

3. Porto does not mix Normal pages and WooCommerce functionality together… and it follows the WooCommerce procedure for the checkout purpose.

4. The only way to check those third-party plugins with our theme is to purchase the theme and test with it…

1. Yes, you can, you have to create multiple sidebars from Appearance >> Sidebars and then set the widgets under it and then you have to go to Products >> Categories and edit the particular Category, after that, scroll down and set the sidebar as per your requirements.
