I have purchase several licenses of this theme. In recent test environment i realized that importing prebuilt avada websites brings in malware and a backdoor which adds another admin user. It then uses an exploit called anonymousfox to inject load malicious code which takes over the webserver. I do not know why the Avada team have not spotted this. All prebuilt websites are compromised. I suggest the Avada team should fix this issue ASAP

At Avada, we take security very seriously.
Our prebuilt websites that import with the alternate method (where entire database is rewritten) come with a generic admin/pass that is required to be changed after import. If the account password isn’t changed after import than that can be a security risk (that is the case with every default user/pass combination on every modern device). We mention this user/pass change in step 8 here:

You must also ensure that latest WP version and plugin updates are installed as old versions of those can have public exploits that will be misused by attackers on any website.

As far as you are registered and you have a default WP 2021 theme installed (not active) on your site, there should be no issues in getting the update notification, please make sure that you have a default WP 2020 theme installed on site, more information about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3CE4yD8

I bought the Avada theme from you about 7-8 months ago. I create the company logo, I make a save it, save its is ok but it still my company logos not add.

Please make sure that your logo is not loaded from a layout in this case, if the logo is loaded from a layout and an image element is being used you will need to replace the image element in that layout instead of setting the logo inside Avada Global Options > Logo tab, you can read more about it here => https://bit.ly/3Eznqom

Hello,
I have been a customer with you for years and have a license which is normally usable from several websites, but since version 7.3 of the AVADA site have asked me to buy a new license. Is this new license valid for all of my AVADA sites or do I have to buy one license per website.

That is not correct, the license terms have always been same and one license can not be used for several websites in any case, you can only use 1 license for 1 single domain at any time, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi, I try to design a custom product category page with the “postcards” option. But “content source: related” does not work properly and does not pull the right products for the categories. I tried almost every possible combination to make it work but could not be successful. I think there is a bug and need help to solve that issue.
