I would like to know if there are any future plans for this theme to be re-written for Elementor?
Hi there, I don’t know but I thought that this theme has Elementor support but while installing demo I can’t find any Elementor what can I do? Otherwise I have to ask my client for a refund on this product
I’ve purchased two Brooklyn licenses for two sites. Both sites are on the same server.
The IP address for the server has changed. Both themes are now saying “unlicensed”, and entering the license codes again doesn’t work since the theme claims the codes are already in use on a different server (which they’re not).
Please advice.

I am having trouble with the image on the mobile side. If you visit www.rize.fm, the image of the girl is perfect, but when you visit www.rize.fm on an iPhone, she is stretched. Any way to fix this?

the layer is set to fill its available space which is different on mobiles than on desktops, thats why the image is distorted. Please check their official docs: https://www.sliderrevolution.com/documentation/responsive-settings/ and set a custom size for mobile devices

Hi, I want to ask you is there any way to speed up your theme ? I am using many themes and have many website on my hosting but no one works as slow as this one on your theme. I have to wait 7-8 seconds to load any visible content on it. There is nothing special on this website, slider revolution (your default slider) and several photos on the website, I have no clue why the response time of the website built on your theme is so slow (7-8 seconds before I see any content loading) I never experienced such behaviour on other themes I am using. It is not matter of hosting or settings cos all your theme requirenments are fulfilled. The website built on your theme is the only one from over 15 other websites I have on same hosting which works so slow, I mean time of loading. My other websites buit on other themes loads within 3-5 seconds at max, yours starts showing any content after 7-9 seconds. I have installed a caching plugin, autooptimize plugin, nothing helps. I have very similiar websites on different themes and response time is 2-3 times faster than in your themes case.What may be the reason of that is there any way to disable maybe something in the settings of your theme to decrease a response time ?
Please look at this completely fresh one page website https://stronainternetowacena.pl – I have checked them on many different browsers, internet connections, and also on Google Page Speed insight, loading time is very very long. Can you please help me somehow with speed up the loading time ? As I said it is not matter of the content or the hosting because I have many more websites like this ,and also much more loaded with images etc, and they loads at least 2 times faster.
Please compare it with this one https://sklepinternetowy.biz which is placed on the exactly same hosting, this website loads within 1-2 seconds, I know this website is on different theme and there is no revolution slider, but it really doesnt matter cos even if I disable a revolution slider on your website the load time is very similiar and it takes about 8 seconds which is still very slow. Why that happens ?

Hello again. I read the article and applied it, nothing changed. The site is extremely slow without using wp optimized preload. Can you take a look if possible? We can’t find the cause.
By the way, I add the license key and it accepts. When I log in a day later, it gets canceled again. but I can still use the theme properties.

it looks like you are using a different cache plugin than the one we mentioned on the article, note that usually the cache only applies to non logged in users, so you have to counter check in a private tab / or different browser once the cache is generated. Since its a different plugin , the optimization of the plugin is up to you.

Hi, I tried to set a border around a column, but the border won´t show up and settings for the border are not saved as I close the design settings window. It´s the same for Rows, Textblocks etc. Any idea? according to your theme description it should work. Thanks in advance Andi

did you set all asects? border width – style and color? If an an attribute is missing, the settings will be discarded.

Hi,
you have to register the theme first before you can install a demo website. Check Brooklyn > License and enter the license key you received with your purchase. This will unlock the installer.
