Porto 6.2.0 is broken.

After update you can expect for some Page Builder elements to stop working properly and styles on footer not working anymore.

There is no such issue with our latest theme update, please make sure that you have updated the theme properly and also updated the plugins as well after it, and make sure that you have removed the cache from the server, site, and browser as well, I have just checked your site now and it is working perfectly fine at my end, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/PPMmYHr4 it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else.

There’s an issue. Also, the website is looking good now, because we reverted to the v6.1.4 of the theme, and we removed the v6.2.0. That restored the website functionality. The issues of v6.2.0 are that it is not storing nor showing the options about header and footer in the frontend. We updated the theme, then updated the plugins, then refreshed the cache, but the site remained broken for like 2 hours until we reverted. You can test by changing the footer main block background and checking in the frontend to see no changes applied.

I have purchased recently Porto theme from here, but in my site i am getting problems and getting notices regarding license.

(Porto notice: This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. If this is a valid case, you can reset your purchase codes through here.)

HI, I have this problem. When I click on mini card icon on header, It’s no show a items, but a infinity loading. The problem is on the whole site, except for the native woocommerce pages, for ex, here work: https://www.e-musicstore.it/cart/ in home page not work

I also have a more serious problem. When I click “add_to_cart_button ajax_add_to_cart” and put a product in the cart directly from the product list on the home page, the site crashes.

Now the icon is hidden, because my users don’t understand what’s going on

There is no such issue with our latest theme update, the issue is on your site only and that might be because of your site any third party plugin confliction issue, or because of your own Custom Code, or because of the cache nothing else, please read and follow all the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have set up the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

This is not our theme issue but this is your server issue, please read the below-given message and try to contact your hosting provider on this and ask to fix this issue for you on your site.

It turns out the issue is that trying to save changes in the Porto Theme Settings is triggering ModSec rule 300015 for some reason, which is an SQL injection protection rule, so you have to disable this rule server-wide until you are in the development process, as the ModSec rule that was getting triggered is one of the standard WHM/cPanel rules as of one of the newer versions, so more and more servers are going to have this rule enabled by default.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with Pre-Built Header Types and with Header Builder, the only part/row of the header will become sticky which has the Main Menu under it and that is the reason it is also known as Sticky Menu, Please read this comment: https://themeforest.net/comments/23657645

But with Custom Header using Porto Template Builder, you can set the Top Row as sticky as well as per your requirements, using Row Settings >> Porto Options & Sticky Options as per your requirements.
