I have an issue / bug with product that have attibute variation that is out of stock. And I cannot figure out why is not working ok.
I have 2 products that have variation attribute image & both have a variation that is out of stock The 2 products are similare but act differently I don’t know why
Case 1: Out of stock string appear and image is not grayed Case 2: Out of stock string does not appear and image is grayed
- Why the grayed image & out of stock string does not appear in all case ?

We can’t reproduce this problem in our development environment. That is why we need to see this problem live on your website. Please, send us a link to your website if possible.
Also, check how it works with the default theme to see if it happens with WoodMart only.

I’m using your Swatch image script the one that come with your theme. The variable attribute is a color photo only no other variation (no size) only color image.
So Product A exist in Red, Blue and Green (green is out ofstock) (somethimes the green image is grayed and no out of stock message and sometimes the image is not grayed and the out of stock message appear.
Expected when a product variation is out of stock image to be grayed and message out of stock should appear.
Could you check your script what trigger for both grayed image and message…
Our script doesn’t have such business logic. It is handled by WooCommerce. The only thing our theme does is reflect this script from the standard dropdown to our custom swatches buttons.
The swatch button are the one that get grayed sometimes, so this is why I cannot test it with the default template.
My main product have swatch attribute for variation (these are photo).
Could you check in your script and tell me what is required to have the swatches attribute grayed…
I did more tests and I realized the following when the string appear the product swatch is selectable, when it is grayed swatch-disabled with no out of stock string the swatch is not selectable…
Anyway, we have to see this problem on your website live. WooCommerce has a script that makes the attribute great, not our theme.
Ok but WooCommerce does not come with variation image swatches so there something in your code that add the swatch-disabled class or not… Make the out of stock variation swatch selectable or not.
Yes, our code relies on WooCommerce events triggered by their script. In fact, if our custom swatch is grayed, then the WooCommerce option in the default dropdown is not available as well.
I’m investigate this since a month and I have no clue why 2 products that have the same settings display outofstock variation swatch different way.
here is a recap that may help you to figure out ….
Case 1: Out of stock string appear, image is not grayed and swatch is selectable. (so why it is selectable and not grayed) (I understand that if the image is selectable the outofstock string can appear in this case)
Case 2: Out of stock string does not appear, image is grayed and swatch is not selectable (I understand that if the image is not selectable the outofstock string cannot appear in this case)
As we already mentioned, we don’t see this problem on our side. Please, send us a link to your website and we will provide you with a fix asap if it is caused by our theme and not by the WooCommerce.

After activate and import data, site stops to respond. Nothing is being showed on logs, but site responded fine after deactivate wood-core plugin How can i fix this?
The model i seted up was marketplace model. Without import basedata or models, site works fine with plugin activated.

You can check the elements,FREE SHIPPING, 50 DAYS RETURN, no svg there, but they exist in the library. The same for the contact menu etc.

Hi, I’ve installed the default [Storefront] theme and loaded the [shop] page and this also only displays 1 product rather than 10 available on the dashboard?
If it doesn’t work well with other themes as well then it is not something related to our theme. Probably, there is some problem with installed plugins or in WooCommerce configuration.
