Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the Judge.me Product Reviews for WooCommerce plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

Suddenly cant update porto theme anymore. It says it cant validate license code or contact API server however it says the license code is valid sooo are you having server issues?

1. Sorry to say that but this is not possible, as you can not edit any of the page builder’s imported demos with any other page builder, so you have to reset your WordPress completely and then start from scratch, otherwise, your site will be mess up.

Hi. Is it possible to accept payments via Payoneer? If not, are you going to add Payoneer to your payment systems list?

Sorry, there were some misunderstanding ) I meant I would like to accept payment from my customers by Payoneer, as I am going to create my store using your theme. Does Porto theme include Payoneer? If not are you going to add it to your theme? This is the only drawback according to my expectations for now.

And also what about the speed? I checked some demos in GTMetrix and the results were D. Is there any other ways to check the speed?

1. Again, Store functionality in our theme has been provided by WooCommerce and it does not have such a default option, for now, so you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements at your own risk.

We use Porto on our live site and on a staging site to test changes/updates. But Porto now instructs us to toggle between the live and staging by deactivating & activating the license. Pls. confirm that our live site will not be affected in any way when we deactivate the Porto license from the live site to activate it on the staging site.

Hello i am using media grid gallery inside portofolio and i want to diplay 1 per column full width image. For some reason the image its zooming and the quality its poor. Noted that the image is high quality and inside the wordpress media its perfect so the issue is from the media gallery or from the portofolio. I am using Wp bakery if this matter.

Latest update broke Woocommerce product images slider no longer working and thumbnails are not clickable. Also product tabs were not scrolled to on mobile, and FAQ sections were not opened.

If anyone is having these issues I resolved by flushing my cloudflare caching, hope this helps someone :)
