Buenos días, estoy teniendo problema en una de mis páginas web creadas con el tema The7. En el menú de navegación principal, no me funciona el desplegable para abrir el submenú.
He comprobado por si hubiera algún plugin que fuera incompatible, pero no… La página web es: www.colegiovalterna.es. Por ejemplo, en otra web que tengo: www.colegiocamarenacanet.es está con el mismo theme y no hay ningún problema..
He intentado abrir un ticket desde vuestra web de soporte, pero me pide el código de compra y no lo tengo ya que la persona que lo hizo en su momento ya no está trabajando en la empresa y por tanto no tengo las credenciales de themeforest para conseguirlo…al igual que las posibles actualizaciones del theme..

The theme is not officially tested with the theme, but I saw that our buyers use “B2B Market” and “B2B King” plugins. Not sure if they required additional CSS fixes.

Hello! The 75 points is a mobile result. Desktop one is 98. It is a bit lower than https://the7.io/ because this demo includes WooCommerce and displays lots of products on the homepage.
Talking about GTMetrix, it has changed its algorithm and it does not tolerate page builders anymore, unfortunately. Other best selling themes at TF have approximately the same result with GTMetrix.
I am afraid there is no sandbox for such a case.
