Hi,
I am trying to make the header background transparent and to make the images in the project.php full screen just like the background slideshow.
I am so far succeeded in this by changing the background-color of the #header h1 to transparent in the styles.css.
Now, whenever i click on a project and the slideshow of that project starts, the background color of the header is black again but on other pages, it’s transparent as it should be.
I think there is some script which is doing that.
How can I make it transparent just like the content area so that the image slideshow covers the full screen and the header and footer are also shown on the screen, but, transparently. Currently, only footer is doing this. So please guide.

It’s overwritten by the net.flashedge.app.js script. You need to edit it there too.
By the way – I am using Safari (not Firefox) but the images still don’t load.
I have the same problem with the Works page not loading images, so I re-downloaded the complete VEGA package here on ThemeForest and copied the new query.plugin.js to my site, but still the images don’t load (just the blue nav buttons show at the bottom of the dock. Any ideas?
Copy both css and js folders if you’re upgrading. It should work fine on Safari. If you have still issues send me your report privately so I can inspect it.

I´ve changed the extension of the pages to php, so i can make just one header and repeat it for every page. But i had this problem with hash in the url. How can i solve this ? Tks
If you want to disable AJAX , simply put a target attribute to your anchor tags and set to “_self”. It will skip the hash and all processes tied to it.

I bought the theme and I am having a problem. Whenever i change the the extension of the page like from works.html to works.php. The link in the header doesn’t work.
What am I missing ?
You’re probably using an older version. This issue has been already fixed. Download the latest version from your dashboard.
Question – How do I change the blue buttons on the works page to a different color? Also, we would like to change the blue buttons on the ‘contact us’ page, too.
Also, is it possible to use prettyphoto or some sort of Lightbox/Shadowbox on the project page (for the large images that you choose in the Works gallery)? Ultimately, we just want to choose an image from the Works gallery and have it popup in a lightbox or pretty photo style so it resizes (and avoids have to make a project page for each image).

It’s inside the js folder of the download package. In the downloads page of your dashboard you should be able to redownload it.

Yes, Firefox 16 removed vendor prefixes and broke the transit jquery plugin. You can fix it by removing the block in the jquery.plugins.js file or by updating the package with the latest one which already fixed the issue.

Sul Galaxy s3 lo vedo bene. Controllerò appena posso comunque per replicare il problema e risolverlo.
I have a quick question that I am sure I am overlooking.
I have the website installed and I installed wordpress on the site via /blog.
I have my wordpress site now looking and (mostly) behaving like my website.
The only issue I have is when I am in the blog part of the website and use the menu to go back to the html part of the website – it doesn’t do it correctly.
Instead of http://domain.com/index.html
http://domain.com/blog/#http://domain.indexYou’re feeding the link as AJAX , try to add a target attribute to your anchor tag so it skips that process and link it normally.
And how do I add new forms to the contact and get them in the mail.php? I’ve tried adding new $message .= ($_POST[‘inputname’]); attributes but it won’t show.

Hi,
I’m trying to make the content area higher so there’s less of a gap between the header and the content area. I’ve tried setting the data-height but no luck! I’m using a fixed header height.
The template uses a script that docks the content at the bottom of the screen and lets the user see the background slides. If you’d like to alter the height of the header you probably need to play with the provided values and tweak the stylesheet a bit, but that’s at your own risk. 
Yeah I had a look around and managed to make the header smaller which leaves a bit more room for the content on smaller screens.
Still having issues on larger screens though, I understand the whole point of the template is having the content docked at the bottom, but is there a way of altering the heigh of the content area or is this responsive to screen size? Would like to display everything within the content area without having the scrollbar (on larger screens).

You can disable the docking and use a traditional paging system by enabling globalscroll as explained in the userguide.

Hi…love the template…when the images in bg or portfolio are 1200×800 they feet nice in let’s say 1366×768 but they get chopped off on the bottom in 1024×768…what’s the best workaround to have the whole image visible in 5:4 and 16:9…Thanks
You can alter the image behavior through a custom stylesheet or cut the images from the source to fit every resolution. The default settings avoid black bars to give a consistent look.

All of the sudden I am having issues with the works section of the template. The site was uploaded a few months ago- everything worked just fine until now. I checked the original script and noticed the same issue here too – there are no images any longer showing.

There is an issue with the transit jQuery plugin which needs to be updated in the jquery.plugins.js file. You can grab the fixed file here: http://themes.flashedge.net/vega/js/jquery.plugins.js

Very Nice template clean code and good documentation. It’s very good but I’m already stuck Do I need to upload the template to hear the music on Firefox. Google seems to work and so does your demo online.. This template doesn’t need .ogg files? Greetzz Rick
Nope, no ogg files needed. It falls back to flash for those browsers without mp3 support. It doesn’t work locally because of security settings. You can run it a local webserver like mamp.

If you disable AJAX you should be able to selectively remove the background div, you can of course code your own behaviour and simply toggle it whenever you need but this needs some javascript.
