Hi! We are editing the website of one client. Why is it that in the new version of impreza, editing pages from the very top of the page (browser), the content is overlapped by the header header. The problem is that you have made the “vertical indentation” setting for the rows. If it is S/M/L, then the content of the row retreats by this distance from the top and bottom of the row, respectively! But if I don’t have to retreat from below! If I choose “no”, the content of the row falls under the header and is partially covered by it. This problem has occurred since version 8.0. Before that, there was a beginning of pages from the bottom of the header, the beginning of the page was always considered from the bottom of the header, if there was no corresponding parameter in the header settings. The height of the header was always the main one and did not cover the content, and there was no vertical indentation parameter in the settings of the page row. You have changed the settings of the row and now many templates have moved up after the update and the header closes them. Compare the parameters that you made in version 7 and in the 8 row, they are different! Previously, it was possible to display content in height to the height of the content itself, now this parameter is gone. This is not an isolated problem, but a permanent one associated with the new version. We had to roll back the site, because what is now done is very inconvenient. We have had this theme installed on a client site for quite a while and we are trying to get the theme up-to-date, however updating completely breaks it. Far as I know, there is no such feature in Avada. In Impreza you can set headers for different post types, archives and single posts, pages but not certain categories. It was always working in this manner. We’ll consider adding custom headers for certain categories in one of the next updates though.

We’ll consider implementing it if the request will receive a significant amount of votes from other clients. So if you need this feature ASAP, it’s better to hire a separate developer as we recommended above.

Otherwise, you can hire a developer who will happily implement this feature for you. It has nothing to do with the customer service. Our developers are overloaded by current theme improvements and implementing features so they can’t break the whole process to implement a single feature that wasn’t planned yet. Isn’t it fair enough?
