The donate button on my causes does not work. It give an error saying that my PayPal account is not set up, and prompts people to call a mysterious phone number that is no where else on my website. This is a very annoying little bug in these theme. Please fix it.

You can connect your causes donation button to your PayPal account by entering the PayPal account details at Appearance => Payment Options. That phone number with message can be changed from the same aforementioned page.

When the event has started, the countdown timer has expired – so the events no longer appears on the screen. I get that, but if someone joins late – they think the event has ended! If I change Events Display TimeSelect to ‘End Time’ – the event stays on the screen until it ends, but the timer shows hours/minutes left until the end of the events which is meaningless without some text saying ‘Event has started’ or similar. Can this be changed please?

I got your point and will be adding a message ‘Event has started’ in the countdown once the timer reaches the start time. Should add it in the next update of the theme.

Great news – thanks!! When your new message is shown, should I continue to use Events Display TimeSelect set to ‘Start Time’ ? Will event and your message still be displayed until end of event?
Message will be shown as ‘Event has started’ once the timer reach the start time but it will happen only when the option is set to ‘End Time’.
I cannot see this enhancement in 4.1, should I expect it soon?
It was not added in the latest release but I will be working on adding it soon.

I have just installed v4.5 – I cannot see how to fix the countdown timer issue – please advise
I have a problem in pagination in frontpage lasted post, when press page 2,3,4 ecc reload page and go to page 1. I have the last version of theme 4.1.

The ‘Classic’ demo comes with either ‘Page Templates’ or ‘SiteOrigins Builder’. But it is compatible with the Elementor plugin as well since the SIteOrigins widgets works with the Elementor builder as well.

I have a problem here: blank page after updating Wordpress (5.8.1), Theme (3.9.2) and plugins -> Site down. Activating the Debug I found that the problem arose after updating the NativeChurch Core Plugin 2.1 to 2.3

You are right, there is a message about my version (7.0.33) that should be updated. In my hosting’s control panel there are several version to choose: 7.1 / 7.2 / 7.3 / 7.4 / 8.0 …. which one do you recommend to use?

After I installed the latest theme update, the Topbar right content is not working properly. Here is the domain name https://www.firstunitedchurchojca.org/
I’m referring to the Version 3.8. Also, sometime the entire main menu area just malfunction. For example, you can click on event page and it does not take you to that page – the url is correct however the page display is wrong.

If any of your link in the menu is redirecting to wrong page then try clearing the permalink cache by visiting your WP Dashboard => Settings => Permalinks page.

I believe it has to do with something permalink custom structure that comes preset with template. I spend several hours with my hosting provider and we could not find any issues on the sever-side. After the version 3.8 update none of the permalink setting works other than “plain.” The site works fine with the Permalink Settings are change to “plain”, however, when it is set to “custom structure” that when the issue discussed earlier exists.
So instead of https://www.firstunitedchurchojca.org/events the page url would be https://www.firstunitedchurchojca.org/?page_id=2074 and that’s not what there prior to the update.
I don’t have an issue paying for additional support because I’ve purchase it before. My only concern is that when there is an issue directly with the template itself, do I still need to pay for support to get it resolved?

Thanks for your comment. If this has been a general issue with all the other users of the theme then we would have fixed it already. I can see the pretty permalinks works for me and no other users reported the same as of now since this version’s release.
I am not asking you first hand to renew your support but to get a website checked by the support team you must open a ticket. Hello,
Our home page is slow to load and we cannot figure out why. It just sits there for while before loading all at once. We optimized our images and also switched to a faster host (Siteground). All the other pages are lightning fast but the home page still gets hung up. When it finally does load, its fast….but it just sits there for a while beforehand. We are using the slider revolution header with 3 banner images and no other images on the home page. I think last I checked, each image was around 300kb in size.
