We added Eventin plugin support in the Exhibz theme you can sell ticket to your registered customer. Anyone can buy an event ticket, it doesn’t matter if they are customer or organizer

Hi , Through WP Eventin plugin, you can set the destination after user successfully adds an event to cart. If you set ‘checkout page’ on this settings, then user will be redirected to checkout page after adding an event to cart. You can see the attached screenshot for more details ( https://prnt.sc/21p3qm7 ). But direct checkout feature is not available in WP Eventin plugin.

It needs several troubleshooting steps to find the issue. We never seen this error with our theme.

Step1: Make sure all plugins and Exhibz theme are up to date.

Step2 : Make sure you PHP version is PHP7 (backup your website before)

Step 3: Verify that it is not due to a plugin conflict by deactivating all your plugins besides Elementor and Elementor Pro. If this solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

The event selling mechanism is handle by Eventin plugin. Eventin uses WooCommerce for selling the event ticket. So you need to install the WooCommerce plugin and you can use any WooCommerce Payment Getway method for the event sale.

Currently, we have no option for creating the event from the frontend. It’s already in our feature list. If you want to give permission to the user for creating an event, you need to use any third-party plugin like User Frontend Pro

Also note that, registered users can also create event from admin panel. To enable this option, you have to give ‘manage_options’ capability to any user role you want. Then registered users under that user role will be eligible to create event, speaker and so on. You can use any third party plugin to edit / modify user role capabilities.
