The Eagle Booking plugin creates a normal WordPress user on the checkout page when and if the client chooses to create a new account.
We suggest deactivating the guest checkout option so the only option is to create an account.

no, we do not use WooCommerce for our booking system.
The supported payment gateways are PayPal, Stripe, 2Checkout, PayU (India), Paystack, and Razorpay.

1. Yes you can set a deposit amount as a percentage of the total amount. This option is available for all the supported payment gateways.
2. No we don’t have any special compatibility with Gravity Forms. The booking system is based on our own booking plugin called Eagle Booking

I am not think to using Gravity Forms as an additional booking system: I would like to give the possibility to the customers to upload their identity papers, for examples, to make faster the check-in process. I think I can just add a button (linked to a form on the site) at the bottom of the confirmation mail when a room is reserved. It is not a required option. Is it correct?

Sure you can do that. To edit the confirmation email template you have to override the email template using the child theme.

hi, i’m interested by your theme I have a question: does theme support creating a user with less permissions then the admin for example a user who have acces to the dashboard to see all bookings but can not edit the price

thank you for your interest in our theme.
To edit the booking system settings the user must have manage_options permission. By default, this permission is given to admins.
To manage the bookings, rooms, places, etc. the user must have at least edit_post permission. By default, this permission is given to editors.
So to answer your question our theme does not have any option related to user roles as we are using the default WordPress user roles.
Rooms are CPT and I guess there are some user role manager plugins that you can use to deny access based on CPT however we have not tried any of these plugins.

1. No, our built-in booking system can’t be synced with any external booking system like Booking.com or Airbnb
2. Yes there is an email for both admin and customer. Test the booking system using your real email to receive the customer email.
3. You can receive payments through credit cards by using a payment gateway like Stripe
4. Yes both frontend and backend are fully translatable by using a string translation plugin like Loco Translate.
5. You can do that by using WooCommerce however please note that there is no predefined style in our theme about WooCommerce.

If you mean a one-night booking then yes you can book a room from today until tomorrow.
