We have a problem with the template and with the integration of the WPML plugin. We have implemented a website in 2 languages and the translation works perfectly except when we insert the news and projects on the cover. In this case the translation does not work properly.

We have updated the template to the latest version, as well as the different WPML plugins.
Translations work, because when you go to see a single news story, it translates perfectly when you switch to the language selector. However, when you look at the cover no.
We have come to the conclusion that it is a mistake of the integration between The Fox and WPML.

Hello we are having a problem with your theme because we have realized that the bold does not recognize them in Windows.
Where in the WP editor you can see how the text appears in bold in some selected areas, on the other hand, in Windows chrome the text seems to be that it is all in bold and that it does not recognize between normal and bold in preview mode.
In mobile version both android and IOS are displayed correctly and on Mac laptops as well.

trying to figure it out regarding Show an Icon on the top of the section? But somehow after upgrading my system to php 8 and latest WP, its now instead of shown on top it will go into the background. importing personal2 for example purposes seems not working cause it have the same issue. I can open support since my support already expired. Is there away to see what I did wrong?

I bought this theme a while ago and the update are very good. However recently I see that one of the plugin LayerSlider WP have not being updated for a long time. Today the plugin create error in WP and still no update. Latest update 6.9.2 however the current version is 6.11.8
Just because of this my website is broken. Did anyone having the same issue?

We recommend you to switch to the Slider revolution plugin.

On the top header I want to add a soundcloud link but it doesnt give me an option to do so, how can I add it under any of the other social media links and then just update the icon that is displayed? I was trying to look for the folder that controls which icons display for what but I couldn’t find it.

I see there are regular updates to the TheFox theme, great! I am glad that there is an active maintenance, congrats!
What I have seen is that the included Revolution Slider Plugin is updated, but the LayerSlider WP plugin I do not see in the Chagelog since TheFox update 3.9.8.7. Currently LS is version 6.11.8. Could you include it in future updates?

Hello! I am getting the following message in my error logs and it seems to be related to your theme. If I use a different theme it doesn’t show. This week I had an instance of blank WC orders coming through and also duplicate orders. Is this a known issue with the theme or WC related?

Google Analytics stopped working from 01/08/2020. Option for Google Analytics code has been removed completely from theme / General Settings. Can’t submit support ticket as support has expired, what to do now?

The performance issues have been pretty obvious for several weeks now, and in contact with the hosting provider, we have narrowed it down to a possible issue with the theme. Since Envato policy changed we are asking all our customers to contact our support team to get help, we don’t make an exception and treat every person the same way.
If your questions are about bugs or issues related to the theme, then you can create a ticket under the “Pre-sale” category, and our team will check and make a fix in a future update. We have recently updated our site to the latest version of the theme but cannot use the full slider package anymore or update it as the slider plugin was not updated within the theme (it seems this is the case)? Please can you advise how we would rectify this?

I have tried this,and also tried uninstalling the plugin too and reinstalling with no luck. I don’t think we can use your support anymore as this has expired, however all I would like to be able to do is use the blog carousel that I should be able to add within the them as shown in the demos.
