after importing the fashion demo i cannot see the demo data in elementor page builder. when i try to change about us page with elementor it is not showing the section and buttton. i can only change through wp bakery builder

We plan to build a website that will incorporate a marketplace product later on. Would it be possible – licencing-wise – to use this theme in combination with another application?

Basically, the 3rd party app would be integrated into the website or vice-versa. If someone decides to hire services through the website, that will be done through the marketplace platform that is another product.

We want to make sure that we can use the theme with another application without permission issues.

+ Can all pre-built websites and pages be switched between one-page, scroller or multi-page versions?

I bought your theme; installed , activated with my purchase code, installed plugins , only to import demo, i got “Your current activated theme in not TheGem main parent theme. Please note, that this import works only with TheGem main parent theme. Please activate TheGem main parent theme before proceeding with import.” What can i do to resolve this?

I was developing my website in three subdomains, today I tried to migrate to the main domain and even disabling two subdomains, I couldn’t activate the theme in the main domain. If you do a check, you can see that all assets were subdomains of the same site and none were publicly visible because they were development only. Can you help me in this case?

Hi, I use a staging site for testing updates before deploying live. Although the URL is preceded with ‘staging’ ​it is no longer accepting the license on this site and so I am unable to update the theme and plugins to test before making visible. Please can you let me know why the license no longer works on the staging site. Many thanks
