Hello, I want to say that mentoring demo looks grate and I have a little pre-sales questions.
Understand that I’m a zero technical guy 
Website that I’m building is for people who search for Massages and for Massage Therapists.
1. Can I set the cities of one state instead of the list of states?
2. I don’t quite understand, the mentor and the one looking for a mentor, both have profiles? – If do, can mentors see the profiles of service seekers? Can it be hidden?
3. I don’t see it in the demo, I assume there is an option of scheduling services / booking? – Is there an option to talk in advance before scheduling / booking services? – Can the mentors put prices of services?
4. Can those looking for mentors leave a review after the appointment?

1. You can but you need to have a at least a little experience with the php, here’s a guide how you can add a custom list of countries or states : https://tulipemedia.com/en/buddypress-auto-bulk-import-countries-profile-field/
In your case you will have to change in the code from ‘name’ => ‘Country’, to ‘name’ => ‘City’, (the City should match your profile field) and in the array below define manually the list of the cities of your desired country.
the code can be added to the functions.php of your child theme
2. They are both regular buddypress profiles and they can communicate and view their profiles, by default they cannot be hidden, only with some kind of custom code development it can be done.
3. There it’s no booking system on our demo, you will have to search for a plugin that it’s capable for that if exists.
4. Depends by the point 3. Without booking system the reviews can be added to the bp profile using this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-user-profile-reviews/

I see in this case you will have to leave in the array from the code only the countries that you need, then using this plugin : https://buddydev.com/plugins/conditional-profile-fields-for-buddypress/ you will have to conditionate the county field and the selected value to show and the city field for the selected country, you will have to create 5 city profile fields and they will be shown according to the country that you select.
This operation requires few hours to make it by a developer if you want assistance from us let me know for a quote.

Hey. A little pre-sales question. Is it possible to style the sites such as Groups, Members, Activity etc. with Elementor or STAX? If not, how can you customize the looks of those sites? Only through css? What about their structure?

To anybody reading this – it turned out that BuddyBuilder Pro isn’t compatible with Seeko after all.
several pre-sales questions. 1. apparently this app has not been updated for a year. why not? that would indicate serious NON-support of developer. 2. i see you have competing (but hopeless) app, SweetDate, which apparently HAS been updated 3. why do you market two directly competing dating apps? functionally … 4. what ‘profile matching’’ function do you have? because the one in SweetDate is really dysfunctional and illogical … i think because you thought it too much work to do a proper matching algorithm, so you just leave crappy one 5. what are the significant differences in function between SweetDate and Seeko? 6.if i migrate from SweetDate to Seeko, do i get a credit for money i paid for Sweetdate (and still not put into production)? 7. functionally, what happens if i replace SweetDate theme with Seeko theme?

Hi, 1. The app receives very fast the updates when a major plugin updates and causes issues. the theme it’s maintained to work as expected with latest versions of the recommended plugins. 2. – 3. Those have different design and they was builded in different times. 4. The profile matching compares the selected fields against profiles the one that you are logged in with the one that you are looking at. fields are the one defined under wp-admin -> users -> profile fields. 5. They had been developed in different times the sweetdate 5-6 years ago and the seeko 1-2 years, 6. If you want a refund you will have to discuss with the themeforest since they are handling the refunds. 7. You can migrate to a theme to another easily the main difference between those themes it’s the search form on seeko it’s generated under wp-admin -> settings -> seeko search plugin instead profile search, so when you migrate from sweet to seeko, make sure to have deactivated the bp profile search and to define your search form in seeko search plugin.

1. The messaging system it’s part of Buddypress that our theme uses a plugin named BP Restrict developed by us to can restrict parts of buddypress based on the paid memberships role.

Hello! I need each member to have their own shop on their profile to sell merch . Essentially, this would be multi-vendor marketplace combined with the membership community which Seeko provides. Can you recommend how I could achieve this? There are plugins such as WCFM, however I believe there will be a conflict with member accounts if something like this was used? Many thanks

Hi, You can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-profile-completion/ and set some fileds as required for the profile, the users will be redirected to their profile to complete the required fields.

Hi, should the age search in the Seeko search work with the Xprofile “birthdate selector”? I had that since SweetDate and took it along to Seeko, but I age search keeps on giving zero results even though the birthdate field comes up in the Seeko search form. It would be helpful to know if there is a way to get an age search implemented for the almost 7000 users. Further my compliments for this theme. It’s wonderful. Thanks…
Hi, IT should work but in my opinion you don’t need it, since the seeko forms haves the age range type of the birthday field in the form.
Check with default wp theme if the same behaviour it’s encountered.
If you had changed the birthday fields after uses completed a old field that might be the reason for the behaviour.

Hi Radu, Thank you for your prompt reply. I tried your suggestion (used standard theme) but with no success.
What I noticed though is that in the “search mode” of the search form “age_range” doesn’t come up like I see as an option like on your page of “how to add a search form”. That might be part of the issue.
When I press on the search mode field then that is blank.
I have used the birthday field form since I used SweetDate in the past. It worked fine in SweetDate, but it stopped working as soon as I adopted Seeko. Maybe the lacking “age_range” option in search mode is a pointer?
Hi, Make sure to have the field selected as age range in the form to be the date select in the wp-admin -> users -> profile fields.
The pointer cursor it might be generated because somehow it’s empty.
Please try that and let me know, if it persists, you can offer to me the wp-admin credentials and the domain url to can have a closer look in a private message to the theme profile,mentioning the initial message.

Yeay! Tank you! It didn’t work with the previous birthdate field so I changed the field on my staging site to the date field with age selected and lo-and-behold it worked! Now I’ll change it on my five site… I second that will work out. Thank you again Radu!

Hi, I am debating on purchasing your theme. I have been through several other themes and They seem to fit until after I purchase It doesn’t. It becomes extremely confusing because everything is all over the place and not in one section. I have a couple of questions. 1. Are the Mentor & Dating site exactly the same? Such as when I view the mentor site , It doesn’t have membership levels. 2. I need one side called Business and the other Talent. I would like Business not to be able to see Talent Posting feeds, activities etc. Is this possible? But I would also like a page where Business can place help wanted posts so the Talent can see. 3.I need to add tabs to both Business & Talent Profiles ( Main page, Bio, Images, Video, Matches-have there top 10 matches on Matches tab) With in those tabs I need to add required profile fields on each page. I can send a mock up of how I want the profiles to appear to someone viewing. I just need to know how to it. I have started to make a template in Elementor but stuck in actually how to place the profile fields in the template 4.In memberships, (as you have in the example of the dating) I want restrictions on each membership level. Such as a business contacting a talent, viewing profiles etc. 5. Do you have pay per click option if someone goes over the membership level to view? And does a pop up come up asking the person to upgrade to next level or pay per click?

The mentor and dating desings have a similar striucture but they are different visually as you can see in the live demo of each, both of them are builded with elementor plugin. Mentoring addresses to a courses platform in between with sensei plugin and the dating uses buddypress as an community.

By default making those restrctions it’s not possible, you will have to implement a solution like above or a similar approach.
In our theme we are using Restrictons for buddypress plugin , you can see all capable options for restricting profiles under this page : https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-restrict/
Modifying the theme or making it to supports custom things and custom functionalities implies custom development from a experienced buddypress/wordpress developer. Those cannot be acheived offering some indications if you are not experienced.

Some pre-sales question: 1. It is possible to design his own profile registration form? And that not everyone can see everyhting
2. When someone likes another profile it is possible to integrate the function, that he can inform the admin, that he wants more information and then the admins will do it. – So, there is no communication between the people. It has to go over the admin.
3. During the registration there has to be uploaded a ID and then a admin can reject or accept the request
4. is there a function, that after 6 month there is a reminder per email if the person is interessted in the service?
5. Can the admin chat with one person through the website with one person?
6. If one person likes another one.. it is possible, that the profile is for that time, when they are chatting not visible?

Hi, Cannot find your ticket, sent the same content of the initial ticket as a private message to the theme profile, meanwhile you can try to disable the child theme and all plugins excepting the theme recommended one and woocommerce. Check if you have any JS error in the checkout page.

Hi, The page it’s builded in Elementor, and they can should be easily changed, just edit the page and go to that element, and change the icon library to : Tab Icon Type and set FontAwesome or any other options from there, you will many many icons there.

You cannot have sub accounts of a master account or similar thing, but you can have multiple users with the same role excepting the admin user that it’s super admin, you can create accounts for secondary admins and to limit your desired things using this plugin : https://ro.wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/
Before making any changes with the plugin backup the database for safety.
If you want to have multiple people using same account just login with the same credentials.
