I bought this theme years ago. The original site has long been deactivated. Can’t find any ‘documentation’ on how to remove it from that domain and can’t create a support account – not recognizing my purchase code.

When editing the frontend page, the WpBakery Frontend editor does not load, It stays at 0% indefinitely. Also when trying to activate WPBakery the activation link goes to a page with login.
Not sure if the front end editor not loading issue is related to not activating WPBakery or not.
The site is currently locally hosted for staging /developing. once it is finished it will be posted

Hi, sorry if I was not precise enough, but actually the menu is displayed on all my website, except blog item.
Make sure you have enabled the side area by default in Theme Options > Header Options > Side area options.
Make sure the Side area is not disabled on post item editing page in the Header style section (on the right).

Good Morning. We have version 2.4.0 installed and the theme and layout have stopped working correctly. We have downloaded the latest version, but there are too many modifications with the last one and it generates errors and demolishes the page. Is it possible to download a version between 2.4.0 and the last one so that the change is not so abrupt and the update works well? Otherwise, how do you advise to proceed? Thank you

We do not keep the deprecated versions of the theme.
Please make sure you have updated the theme correctly, activated it with the purchase code, and installed the required plugins. Check the instruction below:
We have re-coded theme and updated to new Envato rules so code structure is changed a lot so we have to rename the theme for version 3.0 and higher to prevent the issues related to theme files overwriting. If you download theme files on themeforest you will find dfd-ronneby and dfd-ronneby_child. Theme should be installed as new theme if you have version under 3.0.
To update the theme you need to install it as a new theme. All styling and features will be saved. Do not forget to activate the theme with the purchase code and install required plugins.
Please check http://rnbtheme.com/documentation/first-steps/dfd-ronneby-30-installation-and-activation. After switching the theme you need to recheck Menus in Appearance > Menus > Manage locations and Widgets in Appearance > Widgets as widgets can be set to default. It’s Worpdpress peculiarity and we are not able to influence on it.
Please make full site’s backup before taking any actions.

There is no such option. You can have Header style 2 and enable side area and place the menu there.

I have a problem with parallax images in portfolio pages. In Firefox everything shows up as expected. In Chrome & Edge the parallax images are in the source code but they won’t show up in the browser windows. Some support in this case would be kind.
