My support expired but I am having problems with the theme.
After installing the latest version 3.9.9.9.62, I started receiving the error:
PHP Errors in Ajax Response.
Upon looking through the developer console, here are the information:

Hello. I don’t understand why if I buy a theme from Tranmautritam, I need to pay again for Support if the problem if the theme.
I rencently begin to use the Plugin LSCache and this plugin is not working with the Fox. Try use autoptimize if you need a minify and cache plugin.

Hai, I have an issue with the Portfolio, under portfolio I have added many posts. all posts are showing on a single page.. when I click on any post, a 404 Error page comes, Portfolio page does not open. Even I update the theme to the latest version today but no success… here is a link for clarification

Wondering how it’s possible to close the mobile menu automatically when you click a link that has an # anchor point and simply scrolls down the page. Is there some code I can add that will essentially simulate clicking the hamburger menu button again and avoid the user having to click again to hide the menu after arriving at the anchor point? Thank you! It worked. The only issue is my content doesn’t load correctly when I switch to a one-page template. Certain sections don’t load or they only load when I resize the browser window. Any ideas?

Please contact our support team under the “License registration issue” category, you don’t need to have active support to post under this category, let them know your username and license number and they should be able to de-register the license for you.

Hello My support is expired however the builder issue is solved. There is another issue in portfolio module. When i am adding portfolio module on page, I am setting value as 6 for default load with Random selection. However not a single time 6 is coming by default. sometimes 5 or 4 comes. I have already 60 portfolio added in backend.

My support expired so I couldn’t open a support ticket but if you can direct me to the right file then I can perhaps figure out the rest myself.
I am trying to change the “Previous” and “Next” navigation buttons on the single blog posts as they currently do not loop within the same post category.
I looked through the files and wasn’t able to find where to edit the navigation buttons.
Some people were saying to do it in the navigation.php file, but the fox theme does not come with it.
Can you direct me to the right direction please?

I am trying to add a white separator line under the page title and a sentence that says “Under Construction”, on a static page.
The page title goes by the class page_title_ctn.
The page uses the default template, so I looked through the index.php file and found only one instance of page_title_ctn but it’s for blog pages.
Where can I find the default template php file for static pages?

We found several glitches in the theme.
Header Preset where we can select header is not working at all. Clicking on the different present does nothing and publish button is disabled. We also can not remove “search” icon from the menu as changing “Header styling” options doest show option to publish the changes.
In presentation, we saw multilanguage dropdown menu with languages, but in our theme they appear all inline.

Make sure your server settings are set correctly, if you set a preset you should see a blue notification in the theme panel if it is successfully loaded.
