Compatibility for block-based widgets added in WordPress 5.8 was included in latest theme update so theme should be working correctly on latest WordPress version.

To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Edge Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for label there.

You probably haven’t updated the required plugins, especially Edge Core. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with the available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Thanks, I will have to do that, because now it says that I need to activate the theme, and when I click on the dashboard link, it says I am not authorized. I just extended support, but in the help center it still says that support for this theme has expired. How long will it take before the help center is up to date so that I can send my request?

Please note that any premium WP theme requires a bit more dedicated resources on your server, which is something that’s common among robust and complex themes such as ours. Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

Hello and thank you for your reply. I setup everything properly. Now I’m trying to customize the mobile menu but I have a few problems. How to modify or completely disable the default mobile menu so I can use plugin like Mega Menu or other? And how to use one of the default footers shown in the Ratio theme examples without doing them custom? Thanks

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages, settings and widget areas like footer which you can adjust to your needs. You can find more info regarding theme widgets and widget areas in documentation in this link.

Please understand that, since there are a lot of plugins available, it is not possible to test our theme with all of them and we cannot guarantee their compatibility with the theme.

Ratio theme doesn’t have a dedicated membership module, however, theme is compatible with WooCoomerce plugin which has it’s own My Account page, take a look at the example from our live demo here. For more info about My Account page from WooCommerce, see this article.

This problem is born after I uploaded the last version of the theme (v. 2.7), and the lastest versions of plugins. The «Edge Core v. 1.4.1» is active but in the main menu of WP I can see «Ratio Dasboard» but not anymore «Ratio Options». So the portfolio section stop to work.

Please understand that we didn’t include compatibility with the latest version of WordPress just yet and we are working on adding compatibility for that version as well. By then you can install and activate Classic Widgets plugin in case you experience issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

Thanks for taking interest in our theme!

1. When it comes to adding a new portfolio item, you’ll find several predefined layouts to choose from. Each template has its own order of sections on the page. These predefined templates you cannot change through theme options. But you can create your own portfolio layouts. To do so, you should set the Portfolio Type to one of the Custom types. Read here more about how to achieve it.

2. Using a Custom post type, you are able to distribute content. If you are using some of the predefined templates, you cannot rearrange or add some new fields.

3. Yes they are free to design templates, these two layouts are created using the WPBakery page builder. Using an editor, you can edit your portfolio page just like any other regular page. Page editor with custom portfolio type allows you to distribute content as wish.
