Hi, I have a website setup on xstore.. on my category pages.. when i goto 2nd page onwards, nothing is loading.. it just stays there.. and if i select records to show from dropdown then the whole layout breaks up. using the latest version of everything. please help

It’s know issue with the XStore AMP plugin. We’ll fix that in next plugin update. Please, disable XStore AMP plugin till we fix the issue. We are very sorry for such a long delay with the plugin update.

I can not get the main header menus to stay in black text colour it reverts to auto and white after saving and refreshing the page. I am also have problems changing border colours they simply to do not remain the colour I choose even after saving and publishing them. It is becoming very frustrating. The sticky menu has no problem nor do the they others.

Our theme is compatible with both versions of the Dokan plugin: free and paid. But Dokan Pro plugin does not come bundled in our theme because Pro version does not have a license that allows to include that in themes as the bundled plugin. You will need to buy that separately.

Hi,
the elementor doesn’t load correcty on static blocks.
So i cannot edit Footer and prefooter 
After click on Elementor Button on the footer static block it loads endlessly … i see message “loading” only.
On XStore ttheme options, i cannot select Footer to change from static block to widget too.
It looks like a js issue.

I just purchase the theme 2 days ago.. For testing purpose I am using the theme at different servers with the license keys now I have unregister my keys from everywhere but it is still showing that you can use the license at one location only but I have not installed at anywhere. and whereever I have installed I unregister the theme and then install it somewhere else. Now Finally I bought my server and trying to install it but it is showing this message can you please help me with that.?

Yes, I’m talking about a theme update. When updating, my instagram feed does not show anymore on the website and requires to reconnect. I have to reconnect my instagram account in the Xstore control panel->Authorization APIs. I do not have any screenshots on how it looks when Instagram is disconnected.

Point is that token that you generate there does not work forever, unfortunately. This is not related to theme but to Instagram API. So, you need to remove and add it again from time to time (1-3 months). We also do this for our demos for your information. It’s not related to theme update, I suppose that this is just a coincidence.

We have option to enable catalog mode for the whole site only. Unfortunately, we don’t have option to enable catalog mode for separate products or categories. You need to look for additional plugin for these purposes or submit additional customization request.

i purchased this wonderful theme “just now” actually i read In the description of theme before buying, that it supports all languages!
Now I want to change my website language to Arabic and I don’t know >> how i do it (sad)!! I need to change the position of the top menu and make it to the right to make it easy & suit for Arabian visitors How i do it!
