Sorry to say that but the plugin has been removed from the theme compaitability list and from theme package as well from last 3+ years, so we are no more providing the support for the plugin and plugin as well, If you want to use that plugin you have to purchase it.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue And also make sure to Clear Transients, you need to clear WooCommerce transients in WooCommerce -> Status -> “Tools” tab ->WooCommerce transients and also regenerate the Data Tables as well.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 27/05/2021. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

There is One strange issue that appears on Home page of our test site, using Demo Shop 21
On the home page, when we look on the Slider Banner area. There are 3 slides. All can be switched by clicking on Text named Drone, Mobile, Accessories.(at far right side of slide image)

But when we click back those texts like on Drone, then mobile, then Accessories, then if we click those texts again in reverse order or randomly again (or cycle through them).
We find, that the banner image will disappear and won’t display again. This will happen for either 2 Slider images or sometimes only 1.
One of the image will surely gets disappeared

Please replicate at your end suggest how to resolve this.

PS: I have already test after Disabling Cache settings, and Purged or Cleared ALL Caches too. And also, for you to Test and inspect,

No 3rd party plugin installed, other than what shows up during Porto Wizard setup.
Even, only few activated our of those default pre-loaded ones.

I checked by updating the Theme to the latest version 6.2.1 on one of our Test site, but unfortunately the Slider issue (Home page Shop 21) has Not been resolved so far. Still breaking, Slides disappearing
You may want to check that again thoroughly to resolve this ongoing issue.

Just a recap-
When we select just the FadeIn option (Inside Porto Carousel Settings > Item Animation In) but, selected NONE just For Item Animation Out. Then It Worked too. Slides do not disappeared

However, if we do Reverse. That is, if we enable and set the FadeOut (Inside Porto Carousel Settings > Item Animation Out) And selected NONE For Item Animation In, then it breaks again.

Means, still, the behaviour for Item Animation Out feature (or option) might be causing the issue and have some sort of Bug. That might need to be resolved.

Hello, I’m having issues with the ajax search; in spanish when a word is plural there’s usually an “S” at the end, like a wallet is a “Cartera”, but more than one wallet becomes “carteras” with an S at the end, by adding that extra character the serch result gives a “nothing found” message. Trying to look for a workaround.

I have just tested it at my end, and it is working fine for me on my test site with the very latest version of the theme and plugins, so it must be the issue on your site only, please make sure that the last “S” must be written in a normal English words, I mean not in any other language word, and please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure, it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

If you do not like the design, then you can change it using Custom CSS, Otherwise, if you want to use any third-party plugin, you have to try at your own risk as because we haven’t tested any of the third-party plugins with the theme for this reason officially till now, so we are unable to suggest you on this…

Hi can you help me with lazy loading mobile menu? Loading is very slow. If i see to DevTools -> Network so i can see request call (lazyload_menu @ theme.js…). How i can clear porto cache? Or where is problem? Now i dont use fast cache plugin but mobile menu is cached on server. Thanks :) (webpage: http://testovaciweb.eu/)

This problem is after last porto update on 6.2.0… now i try on my second test page porto 6.1.4 all was ok and when i update on 6.2.0 so mobile menu will be cached and now is very slow :/

We are sorry but we do not recommended to use 2 page builders at the same time on the same site, they might conflict with one another at any certain point, but if in your case, both are working fine for you at the same time on the same site, then you can go with it, and you can also try with Pro version as well.

I read the news on the official Visual Composer website and I am testing it on a stage site, at the moment everything works well, no conflict and no error, for the moment I create only test pages with Visual Composer and I continue my official website with WP-Bakery, of course that if it works, it would really be a big news. Use wpbakery for some content and use Visual Composer for others.

I just made an update and I see a bug. I have latest WP version 5.8.1 , woocommerce 5.8 and theme version 6.2.0.

After the update the menu can’t expands in mobiles (if I click the arrows inside).

If we check for example to expand the main menu from a category to a sub-category (try to click the arrow) only goes to category with no option to see the below sub-categories.

This is a known bug or something in the latest update?

With previous version all are good.

There seems one bug with the recent update of the theme files.

When we update the theme to the latest version, we found that whenever we open the Dev Tool (F12, or Ctrl+Shift+I), our whole System Hangs up, the moment Dev tools opens up.
Earlier it was working fine, on same Demo (but with previous theme version)

The moment we open Dev Tools, whole system stucked, and Nothing works thereafter.
We have to Restart our Laptop, as it completely hanged-up.
However, the Dev Tools work fine on All other 3rd party sites, without issues.
Hence, atleast there is No issue in our Laptop, System and Dev tool. Google Chrome Browser is updated too

Probably there is some coding issue, or due to recent Bootstrap or other version

Can you please check with the files and code of the Latest version of the theme or with technology like Bootstrap.
Also, can you please try to replicate the same on our test site (demo shop 21) –

Whether you also face same issue, when you start Dev Tool (using Chrome), once after you open our above test site.

Please suggest what could be causing the issue and how to resolve this.

Yes, it could be. Or the updated Chrome version may be conflicting with the Win 8.1 version and creating issues.

Yes, on Firefox, it is working. I am able to use Dev tool on Firefox.
I will use that, atleast for Dev tool

I am sorry but there is no such issue with our theme latest version, and for making it sure you must have to check with the default theme, there is no other way, take the complete backup of your site and activate the default theme and check back the result.
