I was wanted to know if there is ‘Buy Now!’ Option / Button you are planning to add in future next to add to cart? That button directly take person to checkout page and if you are planning to add feature of edit / delete checkout fields integrate in your theme itself instead of I use custom code or another plugin to remove the fields which I don’t need like I just need name, email, address and phone.

Hi, guys. Recently I discovered that my product page gets a low mobile Google PSI score due to a layout shift happening. The element causing the shift is ‘div class=”col-lg-4 col-12 col-md-6 wd-price-outside summary entry-summary”’ The problem is caused by the fact that product images are shown in a column on the desktop (like here https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/furniture/reflect-chest-of-drawers/?opt=product_sticky), but that layout is bad for mobile because add to cart button, price and description are too far below, so on mobile traditional slider gallery is shown by default (which is absolutely reasonable). But the switch is being made too late so on slower devices images are shown in a column first and only a few seconds later it is changed to slider gallery, which is causing layout shift. I am not sure why but this is not happening on your demo page, maybe you are using separate settings preset for mobile. Please help me to solve this issue.

Guys we have noticed our top header menu wraps around into a double line when in a middle sized screen (like Ipad or smaller resolution laptop)
Is there a setting or could you share the CSS that would force the MOBILE version of the header to be activated on a slightly larger screensize? i.e. anything under 1150 etc Can’t work out how to do this…

Yes, our theme is very well optimized but your website depends on a lot of different factors inluding your server, image optimizations, cache plugin, CDN etc.
You have the worst tech support I’ve seen. They have no competencies. They don’t know how to use a computer, how to use a browser. It looks like students or schoolchildren are working. They are not technicians. Every time you write to them, you have to teach them how to use the browser, make a video on how to make a login on the site. And after this video, they cannot repeat the actions on the video !!! They need to press the same buttons, but they cannot login. I do not know how to explain to them that they need to go to site / wp-admin and enter the name in the login field and also the name in the password field. I made a video of how it’s done, but they can’t. I am very sorry that I bought your theme because it is the worst tech support ever. A person who cannot watch videos and repeat actions cannot help anyone. Every time I create a ticket, we discuss things not related to the problem for several days. They don’t understand anything at all. They give advice that has nothing to do with solving the problem. There is absolutely no understanding of how the browser, website, woodmart theme works. I spoke with 3 support managers and it was terrible. When will you have normal specialists? Why do these people work for you? They only waste our time on empty questions and empty messages that they know nothing / cannot do anything / other questions that have no meaning. When will I stop making videos how to click buttons on the site and they will learn to do it themselves?

You need to use font family ‘Font Awesome 5 Free’ and also set “font-weight:900;”.

You need to add font-weight rule right after the font-family in your custom CSS. Font awesome library comes with the WPBakery page builder plugin.

Yes I was careful to use the tutorial list, even so when I click on the mobile menu a # appears on the link and it takes a while to open the mobile menu. disabling JavaScript delay wp rocket everything goes back to normal.

In order to create the anchor with smooth scrolling, first of all you need to add the ID to your section in the “Row” settings, after that go to Appearance -> Menus -> select your menu -> create a link using the “Custom Links” element and open it, there find the “One page anchor” field and enable it.

However, I tested by putting the menu on the sidebar, it doesn’t work.
1) Enable “Off canvas sidebar for mobile” 2) Create Sidebar A 3) Create a page with 3 sections (with section ID), enable sidebar A on this page. 4) Create a menu with menu items linking to the sections above, enable ““One page anchor” for each menu item. 5) Add the menu to Sidebar A widget.
If I do it this way, it can link to the sectionx without problem, but have these problemx: 1) No smooth scroll, it jumps to the section straight away. Is not a problem here as I just found out that I can use CSS to enable smooth scroll. html { scroll-behavior: smooth; }
2) The mobile sidebar menu doesn’t close if I click on the anchor link. Seems like this is a fairly common problem where menu is not close when clicking on anchor links on menu, it happens to a lot of other themes too from my Google search.
Hope this can be resolved in future releases.
