Hello. I have set my home page to the Fullscreen Carousel. But for some reason, the Carousel will not scroll. I also noticed that if I select Slider Swipes, it will not scroll either. I am using the demo content which loads just fine. Any idea how I can fix this?
I have also noticed that the “dots” that should be visible as the carousel is scrolling are not visible.

Hello, for html5 video homepage, what you mean with “Autoplay with audio will be determined by browser”. There is no way to autoplay with audio? Seem missing this option… Thanks in advance!
Hi, We’ll explain some more on this.
Browsers no longer autoplay audio or video with audio unless there’s an interaction by the user. The browser determines when to autoplay them. It’s not possible for web developers or theme developers to override browser policies with code. Safari browser implemented this first, next Chrome and then all major browsers about three years back. It isn’t specific for this theme. This is general and applies to all themes and all websites.

Hi, Fotorama video doesn’t work well with latest browser policies. We can’t promise you on this feature as its not one which is in any of our photography themes yet. A feature such as this will need lots of testing before it can be officially in for long term stability. If it’s a widely requested feature then we can prioritize it. We have sent it as a feature request for our developers.

Hi, That will happen if you import without WooCommerce plugin. You can ignore it if you don’t need the WooCommerce Products. Otherwise you can activate WooCommerce plugin and import to get the product types.

Where can I change the demo slide show images of the homepage? I’m searing but unable to find, it. I’m using the same demo homepage. Just need the specific direction/location to change the slideshow.

Hi, I just bought this theme and have installed it on two separate websites (both websites are brand new with fresh installs of wordpress) and am having some issues with it.
1. I cannot import demo data either manually or automatically. I receive the following error on both sites:
An error occurred while fetching file from: https://luxbender.com.au/wp-content/plugins/imaginem-superlens-blocks/demo-import/demo-data/complete/superlens-customizer.dat! Reason: 403 – Forbidden.
2. When I click the customize appearance button, I receive this error on both sites:
403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!

The Customizer is a core area of WordPress admin which is also relative new. Some webhosts still set security for old WordPress which doesn’t have the Customizer. This is a rare error when the webhost allows administration for specific sections. They’ll need to configure it to make WordPress function in full. Any errors or restrictions such as now allowing needed file extensions can lead to errors. You can contact them and ask them to allow it since it is a core area of WordPress.
403 Forbidden for .dat file should be a security restriction as well set in your host as well. The .dat file is a customizer data file. Since your host has not configured for Customizer they may not be allowing this particular file extension.

Hi, We replied within the hour of receiving your email requesting a troubleshoot but did not get a reply back. Your email extension is ‘live’ with country domain as we see. It may have gone to your junk filter.
