Hello,

I’m writing you here because the “submit” button on the ticket page of your support website isn’t working.

I’d like to report a bug I found on the website.

The website admin is automatic translated to Italian ( I didn’t add any translation software but admin strings of the theme are translated looks like automatically).

On the listing page type n 4 ( but maybe on the others too) the location icon is not showing correctly.

The thing is that it looks like the file name of the map picker gets TRANSLATED, plus there is a double slash added to the URL.

This is the file name and URL that gets generated from the theme:

http://localhost:8888/hotels/wp-content/themes/wprentals//css/css-images/b-bstanza-privata_2x.png

“stanza-privata” is the translation of the actual name “private-room” of the file.

How is it possible that also the media files gets translated? Of course they doesn’t exist, so they can’t be found.

Also notice that a double slash (//) is added on the URL.

- where does this automatic translation come from?

- can you fix it?

There are many issues with the Italian translation of the admin panel, many words are totally wrong and you have to guess the meaning of the sentence bevause it just doesn’t make sense.

Is there a way to fix it or to bring it back to the English version?

The wp-admin cannot be translated automatically unless you have a browser extension that does the translate.

Wordpress can only translate if the site language is set to a specific language from WP admin – settings – general – languages

There are plugins for google translate that can do such translations too, Check if you have a plugin in wp-admin – plugins.

I am not sure how the link you shared is generated. If the name of the category is set from Properties – categories and the pin and retina pin are added from theme options – pin management with the correct names (name and name_2x) they show without any error generated. I checked in our demo with a retina simulator https://prnt.sc/1xa2a5y

Your link is from a localhost and I cannot access, but the link has _2x so the link is generated for a retina version of an icon.

In this case, here is what I can suggest

1. Check if you have any plugins and disable them. The translation should not be done automatically from the theme alone. Some 3rd party plugin or maybe browser is creating this effect

2. The image that is not found is a retina pin image, and it is very possible it is created by the translation (1)

I am not sure on the answer because I do not know what element you use and if you refer to the Tabs element – https://prnt.sc/1x5mo92

If yes, that is a standard elementor widget and responsive is controlled from elementor. If you use a video element, it should be the same.

In this case I need to see to be able to answer right, and I may need also the wp-admin access to edit the page and check the options available. You can write to my profile and I will check that for you.

As a new page you can use Default template (that is the theme default template). Elementor has canvas and full width which work in a specific way.

Hi guys – a few questions.

1. Is it possible to switch a user from a regular subscriber to a owner? 2. Guest count can be in chunks?: 1-10, 10-25, 25-50, 50+ 3. Is it possible the booking and search to be by duration and not Start Time and End time? So pick start time and duration. 4. Can I put a guest limit on the property instead of global? 5. Also can I pull the menu item into a shortcode or a php snippet to display it on a custom header?

Wouldn’t be possible to have the chek-out defaulted to the check in – So – if I select a date on the Check-in, that date to be set to the checkout as well.

What I need – is to filter or search the listings in one particular day – so, let’s say – I need to see the available properties on 7th of November – and I don’t want to select both check in and checkout – I need just to select the day – Does that make sense?

Also – I am trying to add the guest incremental as in your example but I cannot find the code in your example – is that example up to date or is from an old version of the theme?

how do make dates not Avaialble for an period ex: 1 nov to 1 april the villa is closed that time. but with out making a booking of that period as i dont want hundreds of properties end up in /my-bookings/ page!

Hi, pre sale question. Is this theme suitable for cars rental?

I need to add these custom fields : Plckup location, dropoff location, pickup hour, dropoff hour. All this fields should be a select list and each option should have a different price. All these field should be included in the search form widget.

The theme supports as custom fields text, dropdown, number but these are for property details section (and can be used in search too)

The theme is tested by WPMl as compatible.

WooCommerce is compatible for paying for booking deposit. Payments go directly to site admin only.

Hi, Im using WPML for translation and translated both of my listings. Now I know it’s not possible to create listings from front end in the second language, but shouldn’t I be able to edit translated properties from front end?

Cause when i access the page /user-dashboard/ only the properties in the main language appear. In the following page from your documentation you can see a screenshot of someone editing a listing in the 2nd language from front end. How is this possible?

Hello, I love this theme and I really feel like I have had value for money, the on-going support has been great.

I do have 1 more question though.

The field security deposit defaults to 0, this is a required field and I want it empty and force the user to input their own value. Is this possible?

Does your theme have the option to change the date format to dd-mm-yy so that it is also changed in the reminder emails? If so, can you direct me to this option in your documentation. Currently the reminder emails look like yy-dd-mm. Having the year first is confusing to most location across the globe I think.

Thank you for the comment. The theme works only with WordPress Gutenberg, Bakery Page Builder or Elementor. DIvi is not supported. I am afraid we don’t any plans to make it compatible with this builder.

hi just installed a plugin and it says that i have 21,483 images. how can i stop wordpress create all this images and what size of images should i keep please?

Thumbs are generated for every image uploaded is used in different sections of the theme.

We generate a thumb when an image is created to save site speed and not show the user a large image when a small thumb is all that is needed in a specific part of the theme.

But WordPress doesn’t know that a specific image (like agent profile image) is used only in 3 places. So we generate the thumbs for every image, and we use only the thumbs that are related to the place where the image is used (like featured property image, or featured agent image and so on).

You can look in wprentals/libs/general-settings.php .to see if there are thumbs you don’t use for sure and you can delete them.

To regenerate thumbs, you can use this plugin: Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ We recommend to use this plugin because allows you to delete all old images size and regenerate the thumbnails for your image attachments.

If you are the only owner, then you need to set the option to NO, and add your username in Theme Options so only you have owner permission, this way all other users will be able to only book.

By default, when you use Woo Commerce with instant booking, you will be redirected to the Checkout page and once the user adds his details, an account will be automatically created. When you have Instant booking enabled and use Woo-commerce as payment, the register of the user will be done at checkout.

1. Unfortunately, the theme does not have a hotel booking option. Each room of the hotel will need to be submitted as a separate listing to be able to manage bookings per room.

You can choose between below booking types:
