Galleries and Videos added with Elementor don’t display on the storefront
I am so disappointed that even after the latest update, no videos or image galleries work. Elementor and other plugins won’t render them. Nothing displays if added anywhere, meaning blog posts and custom videos or image galleries cannot be added to the site using Riode. I upgraded to 1.4.0 in hopes it would have been fixed but still not working.
Riode is an awesome theme with a fantastic support team but this issue is a deal-breaker. Yes, I know I can host a product video and display it on the product page with Riode settings but I don’t want to host my own videos, I want to use my YT channel. Even if I hosted my videos the only place where they render is the product page.
I moved to WP and purchased Riode so I could have beautiful blog posts. A lot of time and money invested in this site since June 2021 and it looks like I will have to do it all over again with another theme if this isn’t fixed. It has been well over a month since this issue was discovered, any idea of a time frame for this fix? I really don’t want to change the theme, I love Riode.

Hi, I already did that about a month ago – ticket #2411. It was closed without resolution, I was told to wait for the next update for the solution. In my current shop from another designer, i have more than 100 product categories inside Woocommerce and i can list them directly to the Template Menu Categories. I want to migrate to your template, but, does your template can list all those Woo Product Categories inside of the sidebar category area, for example in DEMO 14 or do i have to insert them one by one in Appearance > Menus?

I just purchased and downloaded the theme. There are two theme files in the archive. riode.zip and riode_1.3.11.zip What is the difference? Which one should I use?
