Hello, I am writing to you because I was noticing a problem with the COURSE BUILDER template.
The problem arises between Course Builder and memberships (Paid Membership Pro, if I am correct). Precisely the different LEVELS of membership.
Before, you could create different types of membership levels and assign each of the courses to which that level belonged. In this way, he could create a user with a certain membership level and he was only going to participate in the agitated course for that level.
The question is that now the option within the levels to choose the course disappeared. That is, when creating a new membership level, it does not give the option of choosing which course that level belongs to.
I hope my question is understood and if there is a way to continue using that tool.

Please try to clear your cookies. In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, go to: 1. Menu. The three dots in the upper right corner. In Chrome they are vertical, in Edge they are horizontal. 2. Go to More Tools >> Developer Tools 3. On the top you see Elements, Console, Sources … go to Application 4. Under Storage find Cookies. 5. Click dropdown. All the sites that have cookies on your computer will be listed. 6. Right-click your WordPress website and choose Clear. Or you may choose to Clear all of them. 7. Close and restart your browser, then visit your ticket again Note: You can use incognito browser to create ticket

when i upgrade to version 4 there was a tool that upgrade all the questions on the system i have backup of courses that have questions not upgraded when i try to use them – questions never work fine where i can active this toll again which do upgrade to the question ? i think this tool will solve my problem

I do not see how that help me at all all of us has old courses and in need to reuse them you who upgrade the plugin code so it do not accept old question so you have to put a solution to this problem – not leave me without any help
Did you create backup before? So sorry, I really don’t understand your question. If update database all data will update and can’t just update only question or quiz.
OK, this is nice, where to activate update database from the system where is this button to update database – I see it when I upgrade the plugin once only.
It have in the LearnPress -> Tools -> Database, if upgrade database finish this button will be hide.
i went there and the button disappeared already how to reactive it or use this feature again there must be solution for this case
i can not enter all these questions again they are over 10000 question this work will take months

i have done upgrading learnpress plugin and have clicked update database and worked fine but i have some old courses which i take as backup when i restore them is see problems with questions so i need to update them too but the update database button has disappeared because it used once only tell me how to solve these 10000 questions ?

i have done that from week ago and not solution tell now I have Learnpress 4.x and have old backup with 10000 questions i try many times to explane this to you old backups can not work with Learnpress 4.x

Your case need update theme to resolve, please be patient, we will update theme as soon as possible.
I want that if a person register / login from the right header – he will get a popup. So I checked: Appearance -> widgets -> Header Right -> Enable Login Popup
But I want that if a person enters to course, and click: “Buy Now” – he will be redirected to the register page and won’t see any popup.
On Learnpress -> Settings -> General -> Page Setup Section -> I set “Checkout page” = “Register”
I also went to customizing -> Courses -> Features -> Enable login Popup and disabled that option.
Result: When I try to login from header right login – I see the popup. When I try to click on “Buy Now” -> I getting to the “wp-admin” page for login instead to the “Register” page (domain.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=.....).
- If I enable “customizing -> Courses -> Features -> Enable login Popup” – I can see the popup working when I click on “Buy Now” (so all seems to be working fine).
Please can you update me how to fix it, so if user clicks on “Buy Now” – he will get to the “Register” page without any popup?

1. Does your theme allow us to offer users to register and pay on a subscription basis (for example, monthly amount) and they can enter and have access to any class inside the website after payment? I read somewhere this is the Pro Membership plugin? If yes, is this included in the theme?
2. Does your theme allow registered users to manage classes using their own dashboard (front-end) only but not start courses (they are just students and have student front end dashboard).
