We are using the mobile app template from Rakon, the black one with the Astronaut picture in the hero banner. We need to add a blog but the layout of the blog and the additional pages is completely different from the main page and it does not display the main menu. How can we fix this? In other templates blogs and additional pages are native and follow the main layout. Please help us as we need to deliver a website and the client is requesting these basics and we are unable to finish this project.

I just bought your theme and I really like the look of it. However, when I change any setting in the “Rakon Settings” Tab, I can see a message popping up saying “Settings Saved!” but as soon as I refresh the page, this setting is set back to default. I therefore cannot change any setting within Rakon Settings. Can you please provide me with help? Best Regards, Lukas

The theme has Elementor templates, and it is mentioned as Rakon has WP and Elementor page builder. So is this theme compatible with Elementor like can I use Elementor as page builder? its confusing that isnt showing the theme is compatible with Elementor on the side details of the theme

How come I cant personalize de blog with elementor

I have purchased this theme, I have installed it according to the instructions given, but when I want to import the demo, only 1 demo can be imported, how do I solve this?

I’m watching for a time your theme. Interesting.

Some of my partners already buyed but are full of regrets because of a lot of errors in your scripts (it’s visible on your demos), lack of boostrap js map files in theme folders and, from what I heard, your theme demos are pointing a lot of assets to your servers.

I’m still interested in buying your theme if you team fix all this, otherwise it’s a no go in terms of productivity.
