We can’t fix this because we don’t have such bugs on our sites. You can test it on our demos and let me know if you can see the same

because you made demo import several times. If you want to fix this, remove everything with plugin WP reset, this will clean all content on site and you can usedemo import again

Hello, I wanted to use my license on another site as I no longer need on the former. I didn’t see option to remove license on the former website. I added the license to the new site and it added successfully without asking to deactivate on the previous site but now the site doesn’t seems to be working properly and I can’t see option to deactivate license on the registration page either.
Please how do I deactivate the license on one of the sites? Thank you.

I successfully activated the license on another website. When I was activating it DID NOT bring limitation issue and it successfully activated on the site.
Now the license is active on TWO websites and I CANNOT see option to revoke or deactivate the license on any of the two websites.
Now it is causing issue on the two websites. The editor is not working. I can’t edit pages, posts, widgets etc.
Kindly let me know how to deactivate the licenses or if you can please do so from your end.

if you check article carefully, you can find that you can deactivate your licenses on NEW site. There is no need to deactivate them on old sites

The license is active on TWO websites now.
When activating on the second website, IT DIDN’T request for it to be deactivate on the former website.
IT JUST ACTIVATED successfully on the second website making the license to be active on TWO different websites.
Now the two websites text editors both for posts, widgets and pages are not working .
The license is ALREADY ACTIVE on the NEW site and AT THE SAME TIME ALSO ACTIVE ON THE OLD SITE.
The problem with this now is on BOTH sites, the text editors are not working. I perceived this is because the license is active on two different websites.
Licenses don’t affect functionality of existed sites. It’s used only for demo imports, bonus plugins, etc
So please why is the editors not working. I changed theme and everything worked fine, but the moment I active the Rehub theme again, the text editors won’t load properly.

it seems that the “registration” and “signup” form in eCommerce Theme are not coded acording to the standards of WooCommerce. It is not possible with “BestWebsoft Pro – reCaptcha” to place there a recaptcha. this opens various possibilities for automated fake account openings and makes the theme unusable.

Dear Sizam, we are using two ads : a background ad and a banner 728×90 in Branded area. It seems that url for branded area is not taken into account, is is the url from branded background which is taken into account when clicking on banner in branded area. How could we fix that ?

Hi! I’m trying to add a coupon with API at the moment of create a post but the meta field is empty. I can create a post correctly and after reading about similar problems I installed a plugin with enable this meta field when get the post (I can see the field rehub_offer_product_coupon). My problem is that when I create post, all normal fields are filled correctly but this meta field is not stored, can you help me or at least what to search to find the problem?

Sure, because product loop doesn’t support shortcodes and html to prevent structure breaking. Use custom code areas instead in theme options- shop settings

ok, in the product loop, each product has a product title, followed by the default product short descriptions section. I have created a short code for product short description and placed in custom code areas in theme options- shop settings. Now the problem is that loop is displaying both product short descriptions, default one and other created by short code. So how to remove the default product short description section. So that i can use that place to display only my custom product short description.

Where is the xml file now? It is not in root.
Also, followed bother methods to clone site and got nothing like the advertised site. Do you have a file/backup of that full site?

I cannot link to page because this is a new installation, current version, all plugins installed and on localhost. But, it is not a bug. I followed both the primary and alternative method. I have used rehub and other themes before. I followed every step in both methods exactly except the xml because I cannot find it. I then tried WooCommerce test data using the correct woocommerce import feature. All I have is the re:cart header and nothing else.
I also did it through the wizard. Site clone and wizard were sucessful, they just did not produce the result.
Also, test data was not in root in my download.
Can you send an xml or site data backup file?

Hello I have found a bug When I enable lazy load in W3 Total Cache plugin for images on my site some pictures just is not shown on. These picture are in offer listing block on the page with Gutenberg. After disabling the lazy load all became the same (all pictures are seen). The problem is I have premium upgrade of this plugin and I would like not to change it. How to fix this bug?
