We have enabled Whatsapp icon on Header (Top right side) using Custom CSS. Screenshot below

However, clicking on whatsapp icon alone, is Not doing anything. Not even the Default Sharing options is working, which it is intended for. (Click to Chat is another Story, which is still unresolved, so far).

No matter whatever we type in the field besides “Watsapp” from Theme Options > Header > Social links. It never worked. We used ”#”, we used mobile number.
Is there anything else that needs to be entered here, in order for it to work from Desktop. Screenshot below-

However, it is working on Mobile. What is the purpose of enabling it on Desktop, if that still won’t work. Not even the basic Sharing feature

WhatsApp is mobile Application and around 75%+ of the population using it on Mobile and that is the reason we have intensionally hide it on Desktop, and for now you make it show on Desktop with that Custom CSS but for its functionality on Desktop you have to Customize the core files, so can you please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login and FTP Login details so that our experts will check it for you on your site and help you out in solving your issue.

We wanted to create and place a button any wherever we require, for below purpose. How can we achieve that. Please suggest via Screenshots
1. How to create and place a BUTTON for any Contact Form (that we already created via Contact Form 7), on any page or section, and make it work in either of below conditions-
1.a) Further, clicking on that same Button, will either open the form in Accordion style (that slides open up the whole form)
or else,
1.b). Clicking on the same Button, takes visitors to another page, where the Contact Form will be displayed.
2. Other than that, how to create separate Button, whereby, clicking on that Button shows up the Contact Form (created via Contact form 7) as a Pop Up, within the same window (somewhat like Newsletter pop-up, or as an Ajax)

Please create a modal box and then set your content in it after that set your modal box to open on selector and set id with hash # in it and save it.
After that add a Call to Action button in your page and assign the same id to the element ID area of the button and save page and check after removing the browser cache.

For setting up that switcher they have the complete video guide on the main page, please watch and follow it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/ and also read this: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/faq/how-to-setup-language-switcher-and-currency-switcher/ you have to turn ON that option for WooCs plugin as well.

2. What setting from Theme options will change the Background color (on Mouse Hover), on Sub Menu names. Take a reference as Demo Shop 4. Home page > Main Menu name Products > Sale Product (Sub-Menu name).
Currently, hovering mouse on Sale product (or any other Sub Menu within the Products Menu), is displaying Underline . Instead of this, we want to show the Background color across on hovering Mouse on Sub Menus).
Just like it is showing in All Sub menu names that are under “Features” Menu on the Home page of Demo Shop 4.

2. The Feature Menu is Simple Menu, and the Product Menu is Mega Menu, so you have to use Custom CSS for Mega Menu Items, which means hover background color for submenu items of the mega menu using Custom CSS, you can use the below-given CSS for it.
