the website template is only for 1 wordpress website. Can we use it on 2 or 3 website?

according to Themeforest’s Official Licensing Terms, one license allows you to create one end project (website). If you want to use Betheme on a second website, it requires you to make a second license purchase.
This applies to all themes on Envato marketplace and not only Betheme.

Hi. In “theme options->blog&portfolio->portfolio” I have Filters. I can choose “Show, Show only categories, Hide”. What does “Show” show other than categories? If I enable it in the portfolio page I have only “Filters by Categories”. What other filter by I can set and where? Thanks a lot.

at this moment, both options display Categories filter only. In the past, we had also the option to sort by Author as well but this option has been removed due to some user issues and is not available anymore.

Dear it’s on a local server… How can we do? I’m in the developing stage at the moment so it’s not public and it’s on a server in my lan.

1. Yes, you can. Pre-built websites (demos) are only examples of what could be accomplished with the BeTheme. So basically, you can do much more than you see on specific demo.
2. Yes, you can. We have Single Page Import feature for this
I have migrate a website to new server. After that the site works perfectly but I get a message ‘’ Important! One standard license is valid only for 1 website. Running multiple websites on a single license is a copyright violation.’’. I Search for a solution and find out that I need to de-register the theme first and then migrate the site. Now when I login in old server I cant find a button to de-register the theme but to register the theme. How solve that problem ?

as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means that you did never bought any license of Betheme. If your client did, ask him to create an account on support forum so you can post there instead.

Hi there.
The end customer has bought a website from another software company who have a corporate license under Envato and they cannot give us some purchase code for this specfic theme.
Since we have transfered the customer’s webiste to our server and we will be doing the maintenance from now on, we believe that we have to fix the license violation issue.
I don’t think that it’s right for the end customer to pay again for this theme, so could you please be so kind to help us resolve this issue in another way?
After all, we are all collaborators here…

If your customer paid for that license, previous developer supposed to provide him all necessary details of that license so your client may register an account on the support forum where you should leave all questions. Unless there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname, there is nothing we can do unfortunately.

Hi Muffin group,
I’m using your theme on different websites I build. Never had any problems untill today when I tried to update one of them. It seems that the backend theme settings have been renewed a lot. Im using BeTheme 20.9.6.2 and I tried to update to the most recent theme. It looks like the new theme does not use my old theme settings. In fact, the themesettings were empty. So the menu was gone, the quick contact form didnt work anymore and the whole website was boxed instead of full width at some parts. Everything that was within the 12 columns looked kind of ok.
Im using your theme on homeinone.nl. I put an old backup online so the website looks exactly as it should. If you have time I would be happy if you can take a quick look. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I went to the BeTheme menu in my backend and than to dashboard and clicked on the button below the logo “update to 25.1.2.1. Maybe I should update to an older version first?
