Hi.
I have purchased the theme… however, in the “theme options” as on the “manual: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/theme-options/general" Am not seeing a lot of the options that are on the manual e.g. I have chosen “classified listing three” and on the “Theme skin” dropdown, there is just the “default skin” option and I can not see the different colour options.
I also wanted to have some of the layout arrangement as on “classified listing” where after the top section, we have the “browse by make” and “browse by type” side by side instead of just “browse by make”, how do I go about the re-arrangements? because I had assumed it will be part of the options.

The color skins aren’t available for the Classified layouts by default. Also, you can set up your homepage as you want, it doesn’t rely on the Theme Options settings.
You need to just divide the row into 2 columns and add the STM Icon Filter to both of them.

Hi there, Im having an issues when uploading cars for sale, the max allowed is 5 images per listing but it allows me to upload more, when I want to list it an error comes up saying I need to remove images so I cant list it.. but I cant at the same time delete any. How can I block uploading more than 5 images per listing? Thanks

The upload process can not be restricted by default since it doesn’t upload images directly on the website. Could you please send a screenshot of the problem? The image removal option is properly working.

I never asked for anything and now the theme is not working properly, I cant delete extra photos that FIRST shouldnt be uploaded as there should be a maximum, my site is down because of this people cant list their cars. We can confirm that there is no bug in the Add Listing functionality of the Motors theme. In other words, the problem is located only on your website. So please renew your support and submit a ticket.

Its not, already checked with a developer, the delete function is not working.
There are a huge amount of customers who use the Classified Listing layout besides you. The image removing function is properly working on their websites as well.
Please try to understand, it isn’t possible to fix the issue that doesn’t exist in the source code of the theme or plugins.

Hi Team Is it compatible with Elementor please? 2nd question is, in video whenever someone was clicking on add, it was just adding (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hx2FuHtmC5E at 1:25) but when I click in website (https://motors.stylemixthemes.com/rent-a-car/product/economy/), it looks like it refresh… Can it be like video one? 3rd, I am trying to find backend screenshots but not getting. 4th, Is it only one type styles or I can have more also? I have 3-4 clients and I don’t want everyone’s website look same.. you know… 5th, All booking etc are with woocommerce, right? 6th, I want down payment one in website, is it possible?

1. The Motors isn’t integrated with the Elementor plugin yet.
2. Your question isn’t clear to me. Could you please explain it in a bit more detail?
3. All the available screenshots you can find in the theme documentation here – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/
4. You can use custom colors and change the default color skin of the theme. Also, you can build unique pages via the WPBakery Page Builder plugin.
5. It depends on the Motors layout. WooCommerce is integrated at a different level based on the layout.
6. If your payment method is supported by WooCommerce, then you can use it on your website.

in Motors 5.1.0 is bug in po/mo file, when we translated two strings: Date: newest first Date: oldest first so in Main Listings Page is still showed english variant, please look on it and fix it into next version, thank you.

Hi, I’ve changed the location field settings to address : cities and input type : geocode
(this allows me to search via UK post code) it works fine on add listing page, but the search form V1, only allows me to type in city name like ‘london’ how can i change this to geocode also.

I’ve had the logo issue with the latest update, where it doesn’t show. I saw you have told others to deactivate their cache and or seo plugins. I’ve done all of that and it hasn’t worked for me. Is there another way to solve the issue or can you guys take a look at it?

For some cases, it is recommended to re-upload the logo image after disabling the cache and SEO plugins. I recommend you try to rename your logo and upload it to the WordPress media library.

I have installed demo content from the Classified layout. I like the overall look, header, footer, and settings of that layout best. But, I would like to use certain inside page sections from other demo pages within this layout. For example, I want the “Why Choose Us” section from the Classified Five demo. Is there a manual XML import of the demos available to do this without overwriting or resetting the WordPress install itself?

Since the Motors layouts are unique and contain complex functionality, it isn’t possible to use modules from one layout while using the backend functionality of another one.

All the elements used in the Why Choose Us section are available in the Classified layout. So you can build a similar section. If you need help with that please submit a ticket and provide admin access to your website.

I’ve already attempted to recreate the section manually, but there seem to be very specific and custom styles and hard-coded class names to make it look like it does in the demo layouts. Would be much easier to just import that single page as needed and copy it’s shortcodes as-is over to my established page. Thanks.

That is the default behavior of the Classic inventory. The Featured Listings section randomly displays featured listings – http://joxi.ru/KAxko8PCvj7oQ2. After that section, all the available listings including featured listings display in their default order.
