Fundamentally, this error occurs as a result of a security or permissions issue. However, determining the root cause is not that easy. There is no one silver bullet.
Try the following troubleshooting steps:
– Revert your site to the pre-error state. – Use WP_Debug to get a list of errors. – Review your access and error log. – Check your file permissions. – Deactivate themes and plugins and check with the default Theme by editing the post. – Manually reset your .htaccess file. – Upgrade your site’s PHP to the latest version. – Check your database prefix. – Export or reset your WordPress site.

Hello,
Link color of Top Level Menus in Sticky Menu bar is set to White (from Theme options). Similarly, there is an option to change the colors of Mini Cart icon also, from within theme options.
1. However, I think there are NO settings to change the colors of Wishlist and Search Icons (that displays-up on the Sticky Menu Bar)
2. Importantly, the colors of Search Icon and Wishlist automatically changes to Black color (from White), the moment Sticky Menu bar started showing up.

3. Can I ask, from where is the Black color defined for these elements. I mean from where the black color is assigned and controlled from, while in Sticky Menu position

It is quite cumbersone to Add Custom CSS for only few of the elements, whereby settings of others are already available and controlled from the Theme options.

Simply copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

I changed the Link color of Top Level Menu from Theme options > Skin > Main Menu. However, this did not changed the Link color of Custom content (showing at Far right on Same Top level menu). Screenshot attached.

How can I add my icons and exetend it to 6 instead of 4? Option to upload my payment method icon lets me upload only one icon and it is not what I need. I need exactly the same hoover effect as it is with my payment method icons and expanded to have 6 icons instead of 4.

I can not, only thing I can do is to add single image so I have to combine all icons into one image and upload it. On demo I saw how you presented payment mathod icons on the bottom footer with cool hoover effect and I liked it but afterwards I realized it is completely useless because this part can not be customized, it can only be kept or removed as it is. Sorry but this not what is presented, one fully customizble theme. This one with payment methods icons, cheap trick if you ask me.

hello, I’m having an issue. I just purchased the theme and when I went to install the porto functionality plugin it gives me the white screen on everything. So, I had to go into the FTP and disable that porto functionality plugin. After disabling it, everything goes back to normal.
On the system status page, everything is good except for “max_input_vars” but when I check the file on user.php it says that its at 2000. but some reason it still isn’t checked on the system status page. Can you please assist?
Update: I fixed the issue with the max_input_vars. I had to create a user.ini file and enter the info for it. that’s fixed but when I went to install the plugin I received a white screen with an error message, “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email…” Please advise, I’m not sure how to get this theme to work
Update: I’ve figured out the critical error from trial an error. My issue now is trying to get the demos to load properly to the theme. Any advice on this? When I load the demo, it doesn’t look anything like the actual demo.

Hey, I figured it out. my issue now is installing the auto services demo content. It won’t upload properly, when I choose the cleaning services demo, everything loads up like its suppose to. but when I select the auto services demo, it never uploads all of the content like its suppose to.

We have enabled Whatsapp icon on Header (Top right side) using Custom CSS. Screenshot below

However, clicking on whatsapp icon alone, is Not doing anything. Not even the Default Sharing options is working, which it is intended for. (Click to Chat is another Story, which is still unresolved, so far).

No matter whatever we type in the field besides “Watsapp” from Theme Options > Header > Social links. It never worked. We used ”#”, we used mobile number.
Is there anything else that needs to be entered here, in order for it to work from Desktop. Screenshot below-
