Hello, recently my client notified me that the portfolio page was not working. After the investigation, I noticed that could be the Instagram connection error. This is the message shown on the social network settings page:

The problem with the font is not up to us, there has been a change in the font Monserat itself. You can try to find some similar fonts and set that similar font, such as:

Hi. Translated strings in header minicart get changed back to default English value. Seems like some Javascript is doing this, because in the page source there’s the correct translated value. The problem includes all strings in header minicart (Cart button, quantity, view cart and checkout button etc). I’m using Loco Translate. How should I fix this?

You could translate it just like any other label in our theme if you use some 3rd party translation plugin. You can find the .pot file containing all Dropdown Cart Widget’s labels on the following folder: wp-content\themes\amedeo\languages For instructions on translating a theme, you can refer to one of the following article.

Hi! The outlined font on my HP looks weird. What happened? I saw a comment saying it is an issue to the upgraded version of font that is now variable and it therefore keeps overlapping contours. I downloaded a static version of the font with merged contours and self host it, as suggested, but I still don’t know how to upload it on my site, and fix the issue.

Gif images can be used throughout the theme.
You can use portfolio single pages and portfolio lists for displaying products in this case, or you can try using some 3rd party plugin for displaying WooCommerce products in catalogue mode. However, we cannot give you an exact recommendation since we haven’t tested such plugins with our theme. Price and “Add to Cart” button can also be hidden using custom css, and our support agents can assist you with this.

Hello what should i do if i wanna change the domain ? i already downloaded the theme in a different domain. I have purchased it just today, i was confused. For WP 5.8 you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ until we release an official update. As well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Hi, I sent you an email about a problem in the widgets in admin panel. when you go to Apperance -> Widgets I get this error

Hello, I have a presale question: 1.) Is there a way to link “portfolio-item” to an artist? 2.) Is there “Artists” page to showcase all artists? 3.) in “about-artist” page, is it possible to link all “portfolio” items that are related to this artist automatically?

1. You have an option to add artist as an additional sidebar item on the portfolio, and to add custom link there as well https://prnt.sc/1icke7i.
2. Such an option doesn’t exist within the theme, but feel free to create such page using WPBakery shortcodes to showcase all artists.
3. The option to add portfolio items by Artist doesn’t exist withing the theme, but if you wish to display all portfolio items from one artist, you have an option to input portfolio item IDs in portfolio list, or add artist name as a tag, and display portfolio that way https://prnt.sc/1icl39t.

Maybe I’m missing something, but after buying, installing and activating the Amadeo theme with all its plugins, I wanted to set my site up similar to the ‘Interactive Links’ demo. But there’s no indication how to achieve it. I expected a tutorial on how to set the theme up like the samples in the demo but I can’t find it. All I have now is a simple site with simple pages.

Hello, I am creating my website with this theme and I have a question, I have a portfolio and I am using various layouts to do it; but I have a question and I would like you to please help me, using the “custom layout” I see that to place the images you must use a parameter like this: image = “107”, how do I get that number or where would I take it from to see the desired image, could you help me with that part please?

Navigating to your image within Media, you will once you open that image from media library see the URL path something like this …wp-admin/upload.php?item=4528 so the last numbers are the ID. However if you are using a page builder and custom portfolio type you will be able to build and upload the images with help of the page builder. Also check if you have enabled portfolio Custom Post type in WPBakery > RoleManager > Post types
