Hi, is it possible to do conditional fields with avada Form?
For example, If I want to put different fields in the form based on the selections of the users.
Example:
1. Name 2. Surname 3. Phone number 4. Email 5. What country is your passport from? 6. Do you currently have the rights to work in Uk? 7. Do you have any culinary qualifications? (If yes specify) 8. Are you currently employed? (no go to question n.13) 9. What’s your Current position? 10. What’s your current yearly salary? 11. Are you looking for an immediate change of career? (no go to question n.13) 12. What’s your notice period? 13. When are you looking to start your new employment? Asap/withing a month or specific dates (not applicable to the yes) 14. Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hello, I am getting back to you for a problem with my purchase code. I bought the AVADA theme and had to install it several times to train myself. Currently, he is active on a site. It is also installed as a demo, where I am preparing a client’s site. But when I now install the theme on the real site I am setting up, I see that saving the theme purchase code is no longer possible. The message received asks me to “contact ThemeFusion”. How to do it, then the theme is barely installed on 2 sites. I’m stuck and don’t know what to do. Please find me a solution.

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up.
The solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/2Zu7CmI

Since the Avada theme is purchased from ThemeForest/Envato, the owner of the theme is the user who has access to account from which the theme is purchased. The Avada theme authors do not really have control over this. You can however try reach Envato support and check if they can be of any help. Please reach theme here

Hi, my client has a license for your theme and they use Media Temple as a host. I have issues with Avada not recognizing Media Temple’s staging domain name so I can’t use it to test your upgrades because of a licensing issue with the live site. Please add .accessdomain.com to your list of acceptable staging names to your criteria. I already reached out to the host and they can’t change the name on their end, obviously. Thank you!
