We love this theme so much. I lusted after it for a while and it definitely didn’t disappoint after activation. But, I always rumble with this one question:
What is the best way to ensure background video elements play on mobile? Most other themes support this functionality, however, this one has never. I’m curious if it’s something that’ll be easily supported/activated in the very near future.

Hello! I’m looking for an easy solution to add a header announcement above the main navigation (site wide). I was able to do this on all simple pages, but cannot make it appear on the homepage. There is no option to add any information above the header. You can enable the top address panel and place the info you need there instead of email and phone number. Check this article.

Hi I have 4 licenses for this theme but i only need it on 2 websites. I cannot deactivate the sites anymore because they don’t exist anymore. I can please reuse 2 licenses? Not sure which 2 of the 4 are in use.

Hello. Purchased theme yesterday. Can’t install any of the demos. Says advanced custom fields not installed. No link or specifics as to which ACF plugin to install. Installed one ACF plugin, still does not work. Tried 3 demos, errors on all.

Dear support we can’t update the theme from 2.6 to the latest version, our licence code seems to be invalid and we receive the following error after updating the theme via ftp and trying to install the required plugins from wordpress dashboard

hello I already read that post but the solution didn’t work for us, there is no theme update link in the admin panel. Moreover if I submit the license code in the forum to post a reply the licence code is not accepted. I tried to install a fresh wordpress site in a subfolder of the website to see if it installs correctly and the licence code is not recognised.

Hello, we checked the profile and recover the member password…as for the purchase code is it possible to know where and how many times the theme licence has been used…and reset the activations…I believe we only have used the theme on a single site and eventually in one or two demo installed in subfolders (that no longer exist) of the same domain of the main website. Do we have to buy a licence for every installation even if it is for demo purposes and on the same domain? Thanks for your help and best regards

Hello, I have just updated the wordpress to the 5.8.1 version and all the website is broken. I have Swimwear shop demo installed, and all the images disappeared. Besides, lateral menu doesn’t work, counters don’t work and everything has lost the columns structure. In short, everything is broken. I’ve updated one of my ronneby sites from 2.x to the most recent version.. All of my content is now in shortcode rather than WPBakery blocks. Obviously this is a mess to work with and maintain moving forward. How can i convert all this shortcode back into WPBakery blocks?

This worked to resolve some of the shortcode displaying on the front of the end of the site. But the content in in the backend within WPBakery is showing up in shortcode inside of text blocks.

This is the same article you linked your first reply. I already installed the Ultimate VC addons plugin and as i said in my follow up it only fixed the shortcode from being displayed on the front end, but i still see the shortcode in the modules.
Can you please provide a better solution than just pasting the same article link again, especially considering since i stated said that i completed the steps in the article? Am I missing something?

Ellen, I am getting frustrated repeating myself. My original request to solve this issue is a week old and I am now having to repeat myself multiple times and getting no resolution my issue at all.
Please tell me how am I supposed to submit a ticket if i cannot sign up?
I figured it out by myself. I had to open the registration page in an incognito window because it would not work in chrome or firefox. I really hope you are not the one giving me support on my ticket.
You have no codes neither on the frontend nor on the backend (except the third party plugin’s shortcode), the video is sent as the response for your ticket.
As for explaining yourself multiple times, you have the link to the direct ticket opening on your dashboard, the link is mentioned regularly here as well as the Envato contact form which can be used to provide the link to the site and access details for deeper checking if you haven’t managed to resolve the issue following the instruction.
Anyway, it’s pretty difficult to provide support for an issue that does not exist. According to your screenshot, you have got the only possible solution to install the missing plugin, and seems you haven’t cleared the cache at your end if you still have any shortcodes.

You need to update the theme correctly, there is no need to redo the site. Please check the instuction below:
We have re-coded theme and updated to new Envato rules so code structure is changed a lot so we have to rename the theme for version 3.0 and higher to prevent the issues related to theme files overwriting. If you download theme files on themeforest you will find dfd-ronneby and dfd-ronneby_child. Theme should be installed as new theme if you have version under 3.0.
To update the theme you need to install it as a new theme. All styling and features will be saved. Do not forget to activate the theme with the purchase code and install required plugins.
Please check http://rnbtheme.com/documentation/first-steps/dfd-ronneby-30-installation-and-activation. After switching the theme you need to recheck Menus in Appearance > Menus > Manage locations and Widgets in Appearance > Widgets as widgets can be set to default. It’s Worpdpress peculiarity and we are not able to influence on it.
Please make full site’s backup before taking any actions.
