how do you edit that logo and the word Menu on mobile to show properly?. the uploads are simply ignored, there are no proper settings. 3* for this theme, even less as it took me 2 hours to figure out where the logo goes and is not working. poor theme
Hello! Depending on which pre-made website you are using, you need to edit Theme Options -> Branding or Elementor header.

When I import the Logistic (https://the7.io/logistics/) theme, it doesn’t import anything but the plugins. Am I missing something? This is the only theme it is happening so far.
I had to install elementor plugin first. It was my mistake.

There was an issue with domain name renewal. It was marked as properly renewed in the registrar control panel while remaining factually expired.
I do not know how this is possible in 2021, but apparently, it is. I guess we should stop using onlinenic.com services

hi, please assist – we have a client who used to have chocolate theme for WP long time ago – seems the closest to that now is this new theme of yours using WP Bakery ie : https://the7.io/photo/ —- is it possible to have this look with Elementor instead of WP bakery ?

You can import Theme Options (colors, fonts, etc.) from this demo easily. Talking about content: yes, almost the same layout can be achieved by means of Elementor. But you will need to build it manually, because there’s no way to convert WPB content into Elementor one automatically.
P.S. We would be very glad if you continue using our themes 
Hi I am having a couple issues with the theme (consulting demo): - on home page the footer moved to the top above nabvbar. - I cant edit dropdown font color and background color, now it is transparant background and orange letters. - the “numbers” section (1,2,3,4) on my consulting homepage is looking not right and all moving to the right side.

Hi! You need to import appropriate checkbox. If there’s no such a checkbox, it means the slider is not powered by Slider Revolution. Most probably, it is built by means of Elementor widget and can be imported within the entire page only.

Hello! Looks like you are trying to install the entire theme package (the one with the guide, PSDs, etc.). You need to unzip it and try installing ‘dt-the7.zip’ archive.

It seems like you have not purchased The7 directly.
You have it under the (now legacy) Envato Hosted program. Envato fully manages your website& And you should get in touch with the Hosted team as we cannot help you 
Also consider switching to a self hosted WordPress website, because there’s no guarantee the Hosted program will be supported for much longer.

Perfect, this did help perfectly Thanx! The problem is: I needed to deactivate „Download and import file attachments“ first. This option interrupts everytime (it says „Import Fail!“) Is there another way to get the attachments?

Depending on your server limits, you may need to import the attachments a couple of times. For example, you will import 3 times and receive “Failed” notice. And the 4th time, it will be finally successfully imported.

So I want to be able to have a portfolio page separate from regular one that can only be accessed via a link. So then I may have a portfolio page for boudoir then one for a client to view photos and assign that album to it but when clicked on they have to enter a password that I create. No username and password just password. Does this theme have that ability?
