Hi, after discovering this issue I did upgrade the theme to Version: 1.8.4. The update fixed the issue on the front-end of the site, but not on the back end when logged in.

Hi, I don’t see the Home in Pages and I don’t see any of the images that come with the demo package. I have followed all the steps provided in your instructions for installation and demo data importing. I also did the slider import.

first of all you don’t have any page set to display your home page. That’s why you see your posts only.
As I see you already imported demo content. Only one thing as you know following the Envato rules all themes here on Themeforest are sold without images, they are for preview only. Themes with included images simply are not allowed to marketplace. Well all the authors replace images with image holders for easiest work with them. Well you just need to replace the image holders with your own images. But small trick here, we can’t include images in theme package but you can download them from our preview.

Is there any reason I’m not receiving updates? I’m on version 1.4 in my parent theme and my child theme is showing 1.1 – with no option to update (you’re on version 1.8 I believe?)

yes current theme version is 1.8.4.
With so old version of the theme I advice you to make it manually. Don’t forget to make full backup in case if something goes wrong you’ll be able to restore everything as it was.

this is quite expected, add something in your second area and it will appear again.
If you have just first footer area then entire footer will be displayed in 1 column, if you have just first and second it will divided in 2 columns….

Hi, Regarding the plugins, it is written in the description that WPbakery, Revolution Slider and Layered popups are included in the purchase. But where are they? How I get the files to install them? WPBakery and revolution sliders aren’t findable on wp search plugins module because they need to be purchased and imported. They supposed to be in the package of ArtDay template but impossible to find them… So where are the file to install them? Currently I’ve instal visual composer (free version) instead and still, the pages are not working properly as I said in my first message.

When you activate the theme wordpress will ask you for installing all required plugins automatically. You’ll see a notification on each page. Also you can install all the plugins manually from theme package. There is a folder called “plugins”.
