I’m looking at a file updated on 17 October 2021, 2 days after the last update. It contains ”@version 5.2.0” in the header (WooCommerce version?), and the Sober version is 3.2.1, which is the latest.

So please take another look at the distribution package and adjust anything that needs adjusting. There are 2 instances of `WC()>cart>get_item_data( $cart_item )` that need to be replaced with `WC()>cart>wc_get_formatted_cart_item_data( $cart_item )`.

We’re afraid it is not possible to disable the image cropping of banner grid elements. However, if your images are close to the aspect ratio, they won’t be cropped too much.

If you are using the latest version of the theme, you just need to navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins to update this plugin. Or you can delete this plugin then reinstall it to get the latest version. Please check this document for more details:

Besides, we always include the latest version of bundled plugins in the theme package, you can manually update these plugins with them.

Unfortunately, there is no option to change it. It is the default option of Owl Carousel script. If you want to edit the code directly, you can find the js code of collection sliders in Sober Addons plugin (in assts/js/shortcodes.js).

At this time, the theme has options to change the cart icon only. With other icons, you need to use a filter “sober_svg_icon” to change the code of the svg icon.

The code will be like this:

Thanks a lot for this, it works and it’s really helpful. For other icons, I’ll just change the “search” word in the code and add another ‘if’ line. The code words for the icons are the filenames in the ”/images/svg” folder.

Looking forward to the next update of the theme, although this method works just fine.

Actually, it could be a problem with the file permission, or the firewall of web-server. Sometimes, it could be the disk space is full. The best way is check the error log file from the web-server to see the problem.

You can also test this issue by changing the theme. So we can find out if this issue come from the theme.
