There’s no error message. It’s a simple line of text that we would like to link. However, the email address field on the contact widget does not seem to support HTML .

No need to add raw shortcode. it should work normally.
It seems the top tabs are working fine, but the bottom few getting issue right?

As you click down the tabs towards the bottom… the last few will show up. A couple tabs have a lot more content, but the content area is not expanding enough to accommodate and the information is unreadable.
FYI I have tried to use the [raw] shortcode fix as well… no change in results

I am having trouble with the vertical tabs.
1. Not all of my tabs are showing up on the page. 2. Not all of the content in a tab is showing up, and it’s being crammed on top of itself, especially if I use a list. 3. The tabs are not responsive, when in the phone mode.. the titles of the tabs are incomplete.

Hello , Not sure if this has been discussed already,.. but i am having problems with the image slider.. as it has a loading message that does not go away… i think there is a fix for this … I think it is a “Elastic Slider” issue, as it does not appear to be working on homepage for Globex theme and showing as “Loading….” with no selected image displaying.

I’m having trouble linking the e-mail address in the Kayapati-Contact Info widget. Maybe you can help me out with this?
Also, I’m using the “Pages” widget but cannot seem to get the pages to display in the correct page order. I would also like to split them into two columns instead of one long column. Do you know if this is possible?

What is the error you are getting when you insert in the contact widget?
Pages widget should work normally as how they should, but the theme may not be the issue.

Try putting important for the hover class.

open typography.css which is in css folder and go to 56 line and add your own color or remove it.

I would like to make the menu times whole links instead of just the text being links. I think you would normally use display:block; to achieve the whole box being a link, however that is not working. Any help would be appreciated.
you are right, it should work normally, bu its working here, I tried several times, though I couldn’t, any how I will try again and fix this in coming updates.

2. No you need to make changes in js file to shift the animation, its a bit difficult. 3. yes, you can add logo image, use text widget and add this code:

I want to have the facility where I can add some random text into the “twitter” (clickable) area. I don’t need the twitter feed facility & think this may also benefit others who have purchased the theme?

yes you can add that functionality if you know what you are doing, open footer.php and find the twitter code and remove it and add your own code however you need:

Thanks for the brief, but can you please be a little more specific..!! I tried editing the jquerysliderm….css via firebug – but after making adjustments… all that happened was the menu dropped slightly over the slider image.
Also, which file relates to my question regarding a pinstripe under the menu bar..?

I’m getting to grips with the theme & like what I see so far! But (there’s always one…. :-))
I would like a slimmer (height-wise) main menu/sub-menu bar, so can you please tell me where (which files) to edit..?
Also, I would like the theme (main colour) pencil-line to display directly under the menu bar (as it does at the top of the page @ the above the footer (twitter) area), so that it matches the chosen page tab hover colour. If you could explain how to do this also – I’ll be one happy “man-ipulator”....

if you need to edit the menu, then you should make changes in jqueryslidemenu.css
if its slider then open elastic_slider.css
I suggest you to use firebug to make changes its easy.

Trying elastic slider, it remains ducked to “loading” and nothing appears. With flex slider, it shows only broken images with titles. What’s really happening?

i havent heard back from you on the 3 rss feeds on my latest news page yet but my partner noticed 2 other problems.
1. our logo on home page in IE blows up to 10 times the size 2. when you click on links and go to home page after leaving, it takes u to template home page not our site, www.viksar.com , home page.

For the rss issue, I need more details what you need and explain clearly.
Regarding the logo, please resize the logo (200px width 60 height), its too big, then upload it from theme options.
on our lates news page i woould like to have 3 columns for rss feeds:
1. business 2. technology 3. energy
across the top and have feeds under each one. also, when you go to viksar.com, click on about us then on home and it takes you to template not our homme page. how do i fix this? thank you
figured out the home page problem. i had to change it in topmenu and it fixed it. all i have left is the rss feeds help and im out of your hair . thanks again for your help
It seems the rss function is not in the theme, your requirement is quite deffrent, you can goole for any wordpress rss feeds and use theme in the theme.
is there a way to have 3 widgets on 1 page. if i could do that then i could do right, middle, and left which may solve the problem or just right and left(have only 2)?
no, you can not add widgets on the pages, but you can add in footer.

It because of twitter api change by twitter.
I have fixed the issue and updated files, so re download latest files and replace twitter_feeds.php which is in “lib/includes” with the old one.
Thanks for the first reply, totally nailed it! But there is still another problem: I have a portfolio item pulled into my footer area. In the description of that portfolio item, I have a link that points to a client’s twitter feed. For some reason, that link is bleeding down into the copyright below. If I move the portfolio item into the footer position 1, then it bleeds into subsequent sections. Is there another fix I need to make?

I do not see the any issue on the footer, you mean the Meet our latest racer: section disturb the style when you add it in footer widget 1 ?
