The theme is good with lots of detail. The support is frustrating though and doesn’t answer questions directly… just gives you random troubleshooting notices and doesn’t answer your question.
I feel like the support isn’t able to answer a real technical question and can only troubleshoot basic steps.

License code for WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution is not included. However, you can use them freely or activate your personal license (if you have one) to get plugins updates. This is the Envato policy, also authors of these plugins do not allow any theme developer to provide Purchase Code for third-party users. Some of them might have messages requiring activation, but they are already activated on our side.
Anyway, we provide plugins’ latest version within theme update so your website will always be updated and secure.

Using the theme for 4 years and were very satisfied. In ALL of that time, our content updates included only text and image from time to time. Not being amateur and messing around the code so the functionality remains. Why am I starting with this – to prevent plugin / cache and similar generic answers. Few months ago our website started behaving in a way that the header and footer (including the main menu), just started displaying in a wrong way. The issue is on Firefox and Chrome Browser, but not at all on Edge and Brave. We updated all of the plugins, wordpress, even bought premium plugins (like wp bakery), but nothing at all. Of course that we tried deactivating the plugins prior to everything. I am reminding that we didn’t mess around the code and now what? We have to build entirely new website or change the theme. We are aware that you are not replying if we dont have support payed, bit this issue is linked to product that we payed for is not working correctly now (maybe since september this year and wp updates), but maybe you will do a fair play and try to direct us what to do. link – www.prvispust.com

The existence of the premium version of the WPBakery plugin doesn’t relate to the menu section. Moreover, you can review our demo websites since we keep them up to date.
Technically, if the problem was with the core code, the same issue would be experienced on the other websites as well as our demo websites.
According to your website, there is nothing to do with the theme update at all. There are multiple Mixed Content errors on your website – http://joxi.ru/8AnloRPiolOXZm. Those errors appear exclusively due to incorrect SSL settings. In most cases, the cause of the issue is the wrong website URL. So please check the WordPress Settings > General section and ensure that you entered the HTTPS version of the website URL.
Furthermore, the theme license you purchased doesn’t cover the technical support. Envato Market provides 6 months of free support for all the items. Therefore, you’ll need to renew the support license to get technical support.

Hello we also wanted to ask, can you create more than one team profiles on the soccer theme? Ideally we would like to use your theme as a league type of theme where you can have all teams, profiles, roster, scores etc.
The theme is responsible for the overall appearance of the website and data. All the sports functionality comes from the SportsPress plugin.

I installed theme today and all is great bht there is some little problem. In main menu there is some icon at ende of text F105 in little box. Location Main menu button – First level sub menu – Sub Sub Menu. It is shown in sub menu when that menu have own sub menu. How to remove this?

That error appears due to low server-side limits. You need to increase the PHP Configurations limits on your Server and it should solve the problem:
upload_max_filesize = 64M post_max_size = 64M max_execution_time = 600
If do not have access to such kinds of settings, you’ll need to contact the Hosting support team.
