Hello. I use your theme on many sites. Now on one of the sites I want to make a catalog based on the “portfolio” post type. When I display a grid with products from the catalog, I need to display additional data in the grid under the product title (I will do it using ACF fields) http://joxi.ru/MAjPvvJH1q0ePm There are several plugins that allow you to make Custom Loop Skin for example a free plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ele-custom-skin/ This plugin adds a Loop section to the “My Templates” section where you can make this template and apply it to the grid. But for some reason it doesn’t work with the PRO Elements theme and plugin. Can you suggest other solutions for customizing Custom Loop Skin. I hope I told you clearly. thanks

I am afraid the theme is not tested with this kind of plugins. We have advanced filters by attributes for WooCommerce products, in Elementor. Maybe you could manage it that way, by hiding an ability to purchase an item. In such a case, you can have as many different attributes, as you wish.

Must be, your demo does not use The7 header, it uses Elementor header. That’s why Theme Options -> Branding does not work.

can I transfer a license on a web page I no longer use at all and has been terminated?

Thing is Envato Standard License is non-transferrable. Meaning that if a license was used on one production website, it should not be used on any other sites. HOWEVER, we tend to turn a blind eye to it. At least as long as buyers don’t abuse it.

Hi! I’m trying to change the logo on rapidenglish.de in Elementor > Site Settings > Site Identity > Site Logo but it doesn’t change. I deleted the stock logo but the new one still doesn’t appear. I have read and followed the documentation but it still doesn’t work.

Hello. I’m using your WPBakery theme, but really want a smooth transition to elementor. The question is, if I simultaneously install the elementor plugin on the site and make some of the pages through it, and so I will gradually redo the pages on elementor and publish them instead of WPBakery. Will this slow down the site or cause errors? the fact that two page builders will work at the same time.

We recommend creating a dev staging copy of a website and proceed the migration there. So that your live website keeps working. I am afraid there’s no automatic import tools, and it does not depend on a theme. This is a peculiarity of these two page builders.
